Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 Sq mm 3½ core, complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for cable trenches and getting out in soft and loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm, in soft and loose soil, complete all as directed. (11.27+15)

Removing excavated materials n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as directed. (11.23+3)

M&L for reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type 1, flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40mm all as specified and directed. (644+540)

M & L for sand cushioning for protection of underground cables, consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: The depth of sand shall be measured after puning only) (8.1+7)

Supply and laying GI pipe 50mm bore light grade with fitting for cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge earth plate not less than 1.5m below GL. connected to GI earthstrip of size 25x4mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers made of galvanized iron or steel earth wire protected by 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe and connected for body earthing of feeder pillar box all as specified with & including PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pit and precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1, cover slab of size 300x300x50mm, with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 10cm C/C bothways with handlemade out of 10mm dia bars, GI funnel, wire mesh,strainer, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, charcoal and salt in alternate layer including necessary earth work on any type of soil and removal etc, complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I. The panel should be suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system and shall be fixed with suitable capacity copper bus bas (1.5 times the incoming switch gear current rating) with complete assembly pre wired with suitable size PVC insulated copper conductor, the panel should comprise with the following (Location: Infront of SRC Gurudwara LT Panel)

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of 5 KVA Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase, naturally air cooled indoor type designed for input variation 170V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy ± 2.5% with time relay and end facility and of capacity 2.0 KVA, complete all as specified and as specified. Make: V-Guard/Microtek/Volina/LG/Samsung or any equivalent as approved.

M & L for point wiring for 15 Amp power point controlled by one 15 Amp switch with 1100 volt grade PVC insulated-unsheathed 2.5 Sqmm multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable with continuous earth wire of 2.5 Sq mm multi stranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated-unsheathed. drawn in and including concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit medium grade with fittings (ISI marked) not less than 25 mm dia & sunken anodized pressed sunken boxes made out of not less than 1.6 mm thick sheet, covered with 2.8 mm thick laminated insulated cover make sheet for housing/fixing switches etc complete all as specified and directed. S & F Switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 and 15 Amps flush type universal, complete all as specified and as directed.
