Material & labour for coloured glazed ceramic tile in vertical surfaces 300 x 600 x 9 to 10 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tile with and including 10mm thick rendering as backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) for receiving of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for granite (of any type) tiles 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut in skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing with and including 10mm thick rendering as backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) for receiving of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.
