Taking down carefully existing aluminium conductor point wiring (light / fan / socket or power point) complete, with all fittings such as switches, socket, regulator, ceiling rose, utility light fittings and lamp holders etc and removing materials from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls roof and floor etc as per existing specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards / outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and fan regulators etc. for reuse at site complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse)

Material and labour for point wiring for light/ fan controlled by 1 one way switch and regulator with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable 1100 Volts grade drawn through and including 20 mm dia (medium grade) rigid metallic steel stove enamelled conduit along wall section and surface conduit on ceiling with 1.5 sqmm continuous PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable for earth continuity wire, connected to earth dolly and to be boxes , and concealed type with 2 mm thick bakelite sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc including testing on completion complete including all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no-3 here-in-before but for one15 Amp 3pin switch socket outlet, independent with 2.5 Sqmm single core multi-stranded copper conductor cable (FRLS) along with 2.5 sqmm continuous PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable for earth continuity wire all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only in Flame proof switch single pole one way 5 amp all as specified and as directed. (Note : Material obtained from item No 2 here in before shall be reused)

Supply and fixing flame proof switch socket out let combined in LM6 cable termination box in LM6 16 A 250 V 2P+ Earth multipurpose 3 pin 15 amp and one 3 pin 5 amp controlled by one switch all as specified and as directed

Fixing only flame proof LM 6 16 A 250 V 2 P+ E all as specified and as directed. (Note : Material obtained from item No 2 here in before shall be reused)

Supply and fixing flame proof JUNCTION BOXES 2/3/4 WAY suitable for 20 mm dia ERW Steel including taking out old unserviceable junction complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in -charge.

Supply and fixing flame proof/ weather proof wellglass LED light fitting including tube suitable for 1x18 watt body made out of aluminium alloy LM-6 epoxy painted with wire guard, mirror optic reflector LED as per IS 13947 body made out of aluminium alloy LM-6 epoxy painted with guard, reflector, flameproof clear glass along complete all accessories prewired CMRI certified and hardware in high tensile with corrosive epoxy grey shade paint fixed to wall/ceiling including flameproof flexible wire from fitting to terminal point, complete all as specified and as directed by the engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing flame proof/ weather proof wellglass LED light fitting suitable for 45 watt LED as per IS 13947 body made out of aluminium alloy LM-6 epoxy painted with guard ,reflector, flameproof clear glass along complete all accessories prewired CMRI certified and hardware in high tensile with corrosive epoxy grey shade paint fixed to wall/ceiling including flameproof flexible wire from fitting to terminal point ,complete all as specified and as directed by the engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing flame proof/ weather proof wellglass LED light fitting suitable for 90 watt LED as per IS 13947 body made out of aluminium alloy LM-6 epoxy painted with guard, reflector, flameproof clear glass along complete all accessories prewired CMRI certified and hardware in high tensile with corrosive epoxy grey shade paint fixed to wall/ceilling including flameproof flexible wire from fitting to terminal point complete all as specified and as directed by the engr-in-charge.

Taking down unserviceable 40/20/10 W FTL flame proof fitting /well glass flame proof fitting/ any Watt LED and repair/replacement of old unserviceable spare with new spares, re-assembling and re fixing in existing position and connecting with existing point (accessories/spare required for replacement will be measured and paid separately against item no 14 to 17) all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Supply only 18/20 W LED Master tube light.

Supply only LED lamp 22 /23 Watt.

Supply only LED lamp 15/18 Watt.

Supply only holder suitable for led lamp fitting.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure for MCB, DBs, phosphatised, Powder coated , Triple Pole and Neutral (TPN), suitable for 4 way, Double door 415 Volts all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing MCB Four Pole (FP) C curve 10kA breaking capacity of 63 amps, 415 Volts in proper position all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB Single Pole (SP) C curve 10kA breaking capacity of 6 to 32 amps, 240 Volts in proper position all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair upto 36/42 W LED Power Driver for Downlighters all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, LED Wellglass fitting pressure die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass & IP 66 protection luminaries of capacity 35 Watt complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Crompton Cat. Part No. LWV12-35-CDL-HP or equivalent as approved by GE

Testing of earth Resistance of existing earth pit as and when required using earth resistance testing equipments as directed by the Engr-in-Charge and producing the test result for recording purpose all as directed by the Engr in Charge. Note: 1)The contractor shall be asked to carry out the Earth Test as and when required as a whole or as a part of the qty. 2) Testing of each earth pit shall be measured as one unit. 3)All test result to be entered in a register properly bound and covered and to be submitted to the Engr-In-Charge 4) For the purpose of testing contractor shall supply all equipments and apparatus/instruments at his own cost without any extra claim

Material and labour for repairs to Earth pit including replacement of broken RCC cover by new 50 mm thick pre cast RCC ( 1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab (reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar) and other allied works as directed by the Engr in Charge

Testing of lightning conductor for its continuity through skilled electrician and helper using megger and other necessary tools, plants and equipments including rectification of the discontinuity by providing new lightning conductor or refixing the displaced existing lighting conductor in place as required on top priority as and when required including necessary minor repair work as required during rectification complete all as directed. [Note: 1) Complete lightning arrester/conductor system of the each building shall be measured as one unit. 2) All the materials required to complete the work at site such as wooden plugs, Nut, bolt, Washers, shaddles,fixing screw etc shall be provided by the contractor and deemed to be included in the rate quoted. 3) New material such as Air terminal, GI/ Aluminium strip shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under Item no 34 to 37 here-in-after but the labour cost for fixing the material shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted 4) Labour cost for all refixing work shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted 5) For the purpose of testing contractor shall supply all equipments and instruments at his own cost without any extra claim

Supply only Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm as continuity conductor all as specified

Supply only aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm including replacement of insulating blocks all as specified

Supply only copper strip 20x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws for roof conductor and down conductor including replacement of insulating blocks all as specified

M&L complete for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex, head screw all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with 3.0 m CI pipe 80 mm dia with flanged ends, centrifugally cast, class A, in any length, joints with suitable stainless steel nuts and bolts and sufficient slot up to 2.5mtrs length buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top flanged ended 2.5mtrs below ground label welded/connected with GI strip/GI wire on the top edge of the flange to bottom edge of the flanged for earthing including filling the pit with charcoal common salt surrounding the earth pipe including drilling 400 mm dia bore in any strata of soil to lower the CI pipe complete necessary excavation and earth work PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 with 50 mm thick pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab and necessary testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed . .
