Internal Electrification S&F Exhaust fan of size 300mm sweep heavy duty type AC Single phase 240 V complete with louvers and necessary 3 Core flexible wire 1.0 Sqmm from ceiling rose to fan all as specified and as directed. Make :- Almonard/ Crompton /Bajaj

S&F LED tublight fitting 1 x 20 W including LED tube rod complete with all accessories and necessary fixing arrangements on wall by providing 3 Core flexible wire of suitable size and adequate length from ceiling rose to light fitting complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Crompton Cat part No. Batten (Frame) DMLN-ILT8_16,Tube LGT8-20-865(2) or equivalent make of philips /Wipro.

S&F LED building security light fitting 35/36 W complete with all accessories IP 65 protection including suitable GI Pipe bent to shape and necessary fixing arrangement on wall by providing 3 Core flexible wire of suitable size and adequate length from ceiling rose to light fitting all as specified and directed. Make:- Crompton Cat part No. LSWTS-36-CDL-M or equivalent make of Philips /Wipro

S&F MCB SPN 6 to 32 Amps, 240 Volts, 50 Hz, 10 KA, 'B' series including making electrical connection by providing lugs/thimbles complete all as specified and directed . Make :- Legrand Cat part No. 408617 or equivalent make of Schneider / L&T.

S&F MCP SP 6 to 32 Amps, 240 Volts, 50 Hz, 10 KA, 'B' series including making electrical connection by providing lugs/thimbles complete all as specified and directed . Make :- Legrand Cat part No. 408595 or equivalent make of Schneider / L&T.

Pile Foundation Boring for 500mm dia cast-in-situ bored piles to 43.5 M depth through any type of soil/strata by DMC method using betonite slurry incl removal of bored materials to places outside MD land all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Boring for 600mm dia cast-in-situ bored piles up to 43.80 M depth through any type of soil/strata by DMC method using betonite slurry incl removal of bored materials to places outside MD land all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC of grade M-30 design mix as per IS-456 (with using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in piles of any length/any section complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for CRS TMT bars in reinforcement 10mm dia and over for pile all as shown on drawings incl cutting/hooking end if necessary and welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for CRS TMT bars in reinforcement 6mm dia and over, bent to shape required, for pile helical bar and ring of piles including necessary tack welding to pile reinforcement at all points of contracts complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 Design mix concrete using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in pile cap and grade beam all as specified and as directed. (Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

S&F CRS (corrosion resistant steel) TMT bars 10 mm dia and over as in main re-inforcement conforming to IS-1786 as in pile cap, plinth beam including cutting, bending, welding, tying assembling, placing maintaining the reinforcement cages in position all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 9.05 above but 8 mm dia & over as in stirrups reinforcement and necessary tack welding to pile reinforcement at all points of contacts all as specified and as directed.

M&L pcc 1:4:8 type D2 100 mm thick using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base for pile cap and plinth beam all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of form work to concrete pile cap & grade beams, rough finished surface all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m deep & n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 10 sqm on plan, in soft/loose soil and getting out all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Testing of 500 mm dia cast in situ piles (initial load test) all as per IS including removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed .

Testing of 600 mm dia cast in situ piles( Routine Load Test) all as per IS including removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed.
