Material and labour for dismantling Vacuum circuit breakers of rating upto 630A,11KV, 3Ph, by removing incoming and outgoing cable connections, removing busbars, current transformers, moving and fixed contacts cleaning all the parts with CTC, servicing of spring charge motor, checking the healthiness of tripping and closing coils,improving the insulation resistance value and reassembling the same all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Work should be carried out in presence of competent service Engineer.

M&L for calibration of following relays, setting the relays for the fault levels as directed by Engineer-in-charge and testing the operation of Vacuum circuit breaker after installation of relays by simulating different types of faults all as directed by Engineer - in- charge. Note: (a) Work should be carried out by competent service Engineer and report should be submitted on post completion of calibration.

M&L in replacement of existing unserviceable capacitors at different places in LT panels of different KVAR heavy duty box type capacities from 01 KVAR to 25 KVAR and 7% detuned harmonics filter including required electrical connections with suitable size of single core pvc copper cable & testing all as directed .Make Havells/Epcos/L&T

Dehydration including filteration of transformer oil in existing transformer as installed by dehydration and filteration plant including testing of sample before and after dehydration and filteration complete all as specified and directed. (The dielectric strength to be achieved 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap after completion of de-hydration and filteration).

S&F LT bushings with gun metal threaded studs of suitable lengths including metal rings/nuts/bolts/ washers, rubber rings etc complete for Transformer 11/0.433 KV, capacity of 160-200 KVA af any make all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Preparation of old painted surfaces including painting of existing transformer and cooling coils/fins of transformers of following capacities by removing oil marks using chemical or hot blow lamp. Spray painting to prepared surfaces using antirust synthetic enamel paint of superior quality and colour as approved by GE/AGE E/M as per standard Engineering practice with two coats, Writing SM No, MES No, Make and capacity with white paint having height not less than 2.5 cm and width not less than 1cm upto 200 KVA complete all as directed by Engineer - in - charge.

All as per above item but 200 KVA upto 315 KVA.

All as per above item but but 315 KVA upto 500 KVA.

Supply and fixing LT side porcelain insulator of transformer for both male and female complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - in - charge.

Supply and fixing HT side porcelain insulator of transformer for both male and female complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - in - charge.

Supply, Filling and top up the new transfermer oil of approved make all as specifaied and all as directed by Engineer - in - charge. Make : Power oil

M&L for dismantling the HT under ground cable of any size 95Sq mm to 120 Sqmm fom its location and keeping in self costody shall become the proprerty of the contractor after credit recovered by the department.

Material and labour for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium paint including preparation of new steel surfaces all as directed.

Fixing only cross arms, MS channels etc, retrived item No 19 here-in-before with nuts, bolts, washers all as specified including two coats of aluminium paints over one coat of red oxide primer complete duly scraping the existing paints complete all as speciafied and directed by Engr-in charge.

Material and labour for dismanteling old U/S AB switch and Supply and install switch air break, vartically gang operated triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating 200 amps 11000 volts, including GI pipe and all other accessories all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, brown insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade including dismantling of old insulators all as specified and as directed.

M&L danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M. S. clamps bolts and, nuts of approved size for HT 25 x 20cm size including dismantling of old board complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for servicing of existing AB switch 11 KV, 3 pole with fuse unit fixed on four/two pole structure at variour location in cantt area by applying conducting jelly on knife and mouth of insulator, thoroughly cleaning and checking of all macanically operated parts and apply grease where necessary for easily operatig the device from ground level including replacing of minor spares like nut, bolts and washers etc complete all as directed.

Excavation in soft / loose soil in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete.

Returning filling, in including spreading ,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each all as required.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point

M & L for good quality dry sand cushioning to under ground electric cable on layer of 8 cm thick before laying the cable and second layer of 15 cm thick after laying the cable all as specified in clause 19.75 of MES Schedule part-I (2009) Note : Sand shall be fined sand as specifed and punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supplying and laying factory made un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type 1 , ISI marked, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete laid in trenches over sand for cable protection complete.

M&L for painting of MS swaged poles 11 m long including brackets/clamps etc with best quality aluminium paint, making alternate black & yellow colour bands of 30 cms width upto a height of 1.5 m from pole coping with synthetic enamelled paint complete.

Steel tubes ISI marked light grade galvanised with all fittings fixed to walls / poles as required of following sizes:-.

(i) 80 mm bore

(ii) 100 mm bore

(ii) 150mm bore

Labour & tools for horizontal boring upto 20 cm dia through road / path / floor for passing UG cables by using trench less technology for laying complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : GI / DWC pipe will be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour earthing with steel earth plate electrode of size 60x60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full length of earth plate, GI medium grade pipe 40 mm bore protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, RCC pit cover of size 300x300x40mm reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4Kg/sqmm including 6mm thick MS bar handle made to shape, PCC pit with 1:3:6 type C1 with angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, excavation , earth work in any type of soil, removal of excavated soil and returning filling in all as required at site complete all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.NOTE :-Rates inclusive of necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, PCC pit, RCC cover, funnel with watering pipe, GI earth strip upto 7.5 m long for connecting to test point etc. all as required at site for complete earthing).

M&L for straight through,heat Shrinkable Lt cable joint kit outdoor type including jointing kits complete for making joints suitable for aluminium conductor cable of size 3.5/ 4 core 150 to 185 sq.mm.Make :- M-SEAL / BIRLA 3 M LTD / DENSON /RAY CHEM

M&L for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm deposited, spread and levelling in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick at sub station two pole/ four pole complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing for Elastomer Insulating Mats for Electrical Purposes Class A/voltage grade upto 3.3 KV (AC) as per IS : 15652:2006 with ISI mark of thickness 2.00 mm+ 10% of approx width 1 mtr along with suitable adhesive /chemibound resin waterproofing compound and sealing material all as per manufacturers' recommendations. Make: Electromat or equivalent approved by GE

M & L for replacement of existing old un-serviceable copper tube terminals ( Thimbles) of size 120 sqmm complete all as spd and directed.
