Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12 mm deep and removing debris within 50 mt. lead with all labour T & P etc. complete.

Dismantling and removing doors windows and ventilators including removal of frame , hinges , fastening and stacking the same reuse and removing debris within 50 mt. lead with all labour T & P etc. complete.

Supplying,fitting and fixing of M.S. Door & MS Window as per approved size and design with all cost conveyance taxes including red oxide priming all laboursundries etc of all materials complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts including dressing the sides and levelling the bed of foundation including cost of all labour required for the work etc complete with all other T&P required for the work and stacking the excavated materials away from working area as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in Foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including watering & ramming with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) using 4cm & down graded Size crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in position, including curing, dewatering, shoring, centering & shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost and conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

Cement concrete work (1:2:4) using 12 mm to 20 mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting,lowering , laying and compacting concrete watering and curing for 28 days including finishing the exposed surface including cost , conveyance, royalties and taxes of all the materials and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Brick work with Fly ash bricks 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) for Super Structure and plinth with cost & conveyance of all material, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge .

Super Structure

R.C.C. ( 1:1½:3 ) with 12mm size h.g. chips including hoisting lowering laying in layers 15 cm thick compacting centering shuttering watering curing with cost carriage royalty of all materials etc. complete.

Supplying fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement as per drawing with all leads and lifts cost conveyance of all materials etc. complete.

12 mm thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6) over brick masonry finished smooth after racking out of the joints including watereing and curing with cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour and T&P required for the work including 1% cess as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

16 mm thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6) over brick masonry finished smooth after racking out of the joints including watereing and curing with cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour and T&P required for the work including 1% cess as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing Kota tiles in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing with cost carriage royalty of all materials etc. complete.

Supplying fitting and fixing up window ( sliding type ) made of aluminium section 151-154 ,151-155as window frame section no.151-155 as shutter frame wuth 5 mm thick black glass as pannel fitted with rubber beading etc complete.

2.5 cm thick grading concrete ( 1:2:2 ) on roof slab with 6mm size h.g.chips laid to proper slope hoisting lowering compacting watering curing with cost carriage royalty etc. complete.

Weather coat two coats including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials all labour and T & P required for the work etc complete including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting Two coats Enamel Paint over a coat of Primer of approved shade on new work on new wood work / iron work with cost & conveyance of all material, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls surface with Synthetic putty of approve make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting incuding scafolding cost conveyance of all materials labour T & P etc. complete.

Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade to give an even shade over a coat of priming including cost conveyance of all materials labour T & P etc. complete.

Providing,fitting,fixing of Gypsum Board ceiling including all fitting,cost of all materials,all taxes,labour, T&P etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
