Construction of Brick Masonry in CM (1:6) using well burnt Bricks 2nd class or ground moulded (Non- modular or traditional size) (230X110X70 mm) including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution and complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Plastering in Cement mortar (1:5) 20 mm thick using best river sand from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete

Plastering in Cement mortar (1:3) 12 mm thick using best river sand from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete

Supply and placing of the M20 Design Mix Precast slabs 80 mm thick, using 20 mm HBG crushed metal 0.80 cu.m, Sand 0.40 cu.m and cement 350 Kg with water cement ratio of 0.53 (185.50 ltrs/ cu.m of CC) etc., from any source confirming to the relevant ISI standard including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc., complete with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges, but including centering charges, shuttering charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402)

Supply and delivery of manhole covers and frame of Medium duty -10 with 500 mm dia Clear opening, as per BIS:12592 (Part 1&2) with ISI marking including, loading, un-loading and stacking at site including transportation etc., complete.

Manufacture, supply and delivery of NP- 3 CLASS 300 mm dia RCC Socket and Spigot pipes conforming to BIS 458/ 2003 (rate per meter of effective length) including cost, loading, conveyance, unloading and all incidental charges etc., complete.

Lowering 300 mm dia RCC S/S Pipes carefully into the trenches and laying them true to the alignment and gradient, jointing with rubber rings and testing including filling with water with a water lead up to 500 metres including cost of rubber rings as per BIS No. 783/ 85.

Manufacture, supply and delivery of (DWC) 300 mm Inner dia. Stiffness Class SN-8 structured wall polyethylene/ polypropylene piping system with nonsmooth external annular corrugated and smooth internal surface (Double Wall) for nonpressure sewage and drainage application pipes of standard length 6 m, grade conforming to IS 16098 (part-II: 2013) including transportation etc., complete as directed during execution.

Laying of 300 mm Inner dia. Stiffness Class SN-8 structured wall (external annular corrugated & smooth internal surface) Polythelene pipes, on the lower bedding (Constructed at bottom of trenches) at prescribed gradient, depth & alignment including installation and jointing of the same with the help of coupler (on line/ off line) attached to one end of the pipe & sliding the coupler end over the elastomeric sealing rubber ring fitted on the specified valley of the spigot end of next pipe, testing the water tightness of the joint assembly, ensuring the continuity tests of specified pipe segments etc. complete as per drawing, specifications & detail engineering, including carriage of pipes & fittings from site stacks to the place of laying etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Supply of 110 mm dia single socket PVC/ SWR pipes of 6Kg/sqcm, including labour charges for laying and jointing in position, including couplers/ bends/ tees etc., including fixing necessary fittings like bends, plugs, couplers, junctions, tees, etc., with solvent jointing as per standard practice as directed during execution.

Hire charges for centering, shuttering and scaffolding for VCC vertical walls of plane surface (rate is for both sides centering) including open drains of 600 mm size and above. Note: The Centering charges for above item is for both the faces of the respective numbers. The measurement of centering charges shall be in “Sqm” for one face only and the centering charges given are for two faces of centering.

Manufacture, supply and delivery of following fittings and accessories compatible with DWC pipe - non smooth External Annular Corrugated and smooth Internal Surfaces (Double Wall) for non-pressure or similar type of class SN8 Structured Wall polythelene piping systems including transportation etc., complete.
