M&L for Design, supply, Fabrication, Installation, testing and Commissioning factory made, LT panel board, Out door type with minimum size 0.9m(L)*0.45m(B)*1.20m(H) , totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof suitably ventilated, floor mounted, 415 volts, 3 phase and neutral, 50 hz, AC supply system, fully compartmentalised, both side open able, made out of 3.00mm thick CRCA sheet steel, protection of enclosure IP-54 as per IS : 2147 of 1962 with pre-treatment and powder coated of approved colour including suitable frame work / support made out of suitable size of angle iron / flat iron, with provision for cable entry, with proper ferrule and cable glands, internal wiring with PVC insulated multi stranded aluminium conductor FRLS cable of adequate size (minimum 1.5 sqmm ), including required civil works/anchoring bolts for fixing, PCC foundation etc with and including following all as specified and directed : - (a) Busbar is made of aluminium : The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs is shall have extension link of current carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension link should be supported on DMC/Epoxy insulator and should have provision for termination of incoming and outgoing cables.

Outgoing : (a) (i) MCCB 63 Amps, 16 KA,415Volts, 4 pole 50 Hz, 1with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic type ,microproseccsor release in built instantaneous protection, Ics = 100%=Icu(1 sec) complete including phase spreader 01 Nos. (ii) MCCB 40Amps, 415Volts, 4 pole 50 Hz, 16 KA with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic type ,microproseccsor release in built instantaneous protection, Ics = 100%=Icu(1 sec) complete including phase spreader-01 Nos.

(i) CPRI Certification Degree of protection IP-54 (should have IEC:61439-1-2 & IEC:60529 tests). (ii) All the electrical switch gear like MCCBs, MCBs should be of same make, (iii) Drawing of panel board should be got approved from AGE(I) before fabrication.

S&F Bus bar chamber made out of 3.15 mm thickness sheet metal enclousre totaly enclosed outdoor type, vermin proof, powder coated paint, metal clad with porcelain insulator and colour coated tinned aluminium bus bar 415 volts, 200 Amps rated, 4 pole for connecting UG cable, fixed on ground or as per site requirement, in outer site the letters shown Danger 440 volts in black colour all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying , fixing or passing through pipe, laid in trenches or fixed to pole/wall or fixed to LT panel board, insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, XLPE , 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area of size 185 Sqmm sqmm 3.5 core including aluminium lugs of suitable size complete with all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n'exc. 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with dry and clean fine river sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose.

Supply and laying cable protection bricks, common burnt clay sub class 'B' designation 75 for protection of UG cable laid in trenches with axis of the bricks perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road cutting for laying cable and through GI Pipe of suitable size making good with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) of 150mm X 100mm inrespect of width and thickness complete all as directed by Enger -in- charge.Note: GI pipe should be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

S&F galvanized steel water tubing 50 mm bore (GI Pipe) light grade (ISI marked) with all fittings as in sleeving for cable protection & laid in trenches/ floor or fixed to wall, ceiling and pole of following bore complete as specified and directed. Note : MS Clamp, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid seperatly for fixing with pole etc.

S&F in LT cable termination straight through joint for 1100 volts grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type complete with jointing material and accessories including making all necessary connection suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 Sqmm 3½ core complete all as specified and directed.
