Dismantling/retrieving of old damaged 150mm dia MS pips of at various spots along the rising main by way of earth excavation to expose the pipe, cutting of damaged/rusted nuts and bolts, stacking of pipes at loading spot. Refilling of excavated trenches after lying of new pipe.

Carriage of worn-out pipes from site to divisional store Baramulla including loading /unloading/ stacking of pipes in mechanical transport.

Handling, lying, providing and fitting of MS 150mm dia. 4.3 mm thick ERW ISI marked conforming to IS 3589 as replacement for deteriorated pipes along rising main at various spots by way of welding. The job includes fabrication of Offsets/bends wherever necessary as per site requirement. The pipe shall be coated with two coats of anticorrosive paints. The pipe ends shall be welded end to end in two coats of weld after proper surface preparation using superior quality welding electrodes to ensure strong and leak proof joints.
