REPAIR/RESURFACING TO ROADS OF OTM ACCN AND CERTAIN LOCATIONS AT GANDHINAGAR MILITARY STATION

Material and labour for Scarifying or picking gravelled,macadam or bitumious macadam surfaces in area not exc. 400sqm and n exc 50 mm depth and removing n exc 50 mtr and stacking complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, existing grass on road etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaning surface with air compressor to remove all loose dust complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) applied at the rate of 7.5 Kg per 10 Sqm heated on requisite temperature by using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for laying premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using graded crushed stone aggregate, grading 2 with nominal aggregate size 19mm, mixed with paving bitumen of grade VG-30 mixed at the rate of 4% by weight of total mix,rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed .( Note-Mix will be prepared in Mix Plant of suitable capacity)

Material and labour for applying priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) applied at the rate of 2.5 Kg per 10 Sqm heated on requisite temperature by using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for laying of bituminous premixed Semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with coarse aggregate of grading 1 as per MORTH specification in single layer using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 mixed at the rate of 5.50% by weight of total mix as per design mix including supply and mixing of filler (OPC Cement) laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using full width mechanical sensor paver with string sensor and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power vibratory road roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hot applied thermoplasatic road marking paint inclusive type-I reflectorising glass beads as per table 800-3,800-4 of MORT&H applied in uniform thickness of at least 2.0mm and spread uniformly with reflectorising glass beads type-II @250gms per sqm with a road marking machine as per IRC-35, with traffic diversion arrangements if required complete as per MORTH specification clause 803.4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable/damaged road furniture items like cat eye, solar cat eye and delineatore etc of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of Model Number DA 972.0 fixed with and including mild steel stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix solar cat eye alluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4 V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2 V/ 1600 MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed.
