Supplying, erecting, testing and commissioning of machine room less passenger Elevator having 10 passengers capacity of 680 Kgs, rated speed 1.0 mtr./sec., for GF, plus 4 upper floors, 5 openings, 400 volt 3 phase, 50 Hz, AC variable voltage variable frequency drive with speed encoding, simplex full collective with/with out attendant, microprocessor based controller located top floor, variable frequency regenerative drive, flat polyurethane coated belts for traction media, stainless steel panels with hairline finish for car and door, gearless with permanent magnet motor located in the shaft top, all openings are located at the front of the hoist way, with centre opening Automatic with AC VVVF door operator with electronic door protective system, stainless steel hairline finish sliding doors, painted frame with down light false ceiling, Stainless Steel mirror finish hand rails, granite flooring of client choice, sixteen segment digital LED display position indicator in all floors, digital car position indicator, over load warning indicator, battery operated alarm bell and emergency light, fireman's switch at main lobby, with automatic rescue device, intercom between lift car and lobby and controller, voice synthesizer, 60 minutes fire rated car door. Car Entrance:- Clear opening 800 mm wide x 2100 mm high etc., scaffolding, loading/unloading, obtaining license from electrical inspectorate , & Insurance is in the scope of contractor. (External Wiring in the scope of 1st part electrification work)

Dismantling charges of existing 8 passenger lift. Disposing of all the demolished unserviceable materials as per the direction of the Client including loading and unloading is in the scope contractors. Contractor shall quote deducting buyback amount of scrap materials.

Non comprehensive annual maintenance charges for lift per year after warranty period. Preventive maintenance check to be done monthly. Charges towards spare parts/consumables required will be paid by KSFDC
