Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on brick wall including raking out jonts, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc in patches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finishing surfaces even and fair in patches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of white cement based putty including sand papering the puttied surfaces to form an even and smooth surface, and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over and including priming coat of exterior primer over new or untreated plastered surfaces to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI, by allowing 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of white cement based putty including sand papering the puttied surfaces to form an even and smooth surface, applying a priming coat of exterior primer over new or untreated plastered surfaces with fully automatic airless spray machine with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI, and finally applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint of five different shades in camouflage pattern (Specific pattern as directed by Engineer-in-Charge) by allowing 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.
