Job contract for Operation and Maintenance of EandM Installations Various Capacity of DG Sets and CMC of split ACs at Jamshedpur RCAG for the year 2020-21

Providing Maintenance Services of Electrical & Mechanical Installations viz power supply system, transformers ,LT panels , DG sets.covering the scope of operation, repairs & maintenance, attending faults / breakdowns rectifications, ensuring serviceability / satifactory working condition of the systems, preventive maintenance on daily/ weekly/monthly/ quarterly/ halfyearly/yearly basis, maintenance of records/documentation etc. as per scope of work given in special conditions of contract shall be ensured round the clock by the aduquate manpower (ie. in three shifts basis , each shift of 8 hours) on all days including Sundays & Holidays at DVOR & offices site at jamshedpur & as per direction of EIC.

Annual maintenance contract of following make DG sets ( Engine+Panel) including AMF panel with other accessories from OEM/authorised service agencies. Job includes monthly visit for carrying out preventive maintenance & attending any number of breakdown calls as & when required , minor repairs etc. as per manufacturer"s recomondations/standard practice and as per the scope of work, complete as required. 25KVA Kirloskar (Liquid) RB33SRI, Kirloskar Green Brushless 3 Phase AC soundproof acoustic canopy Generator at DVOR.-02 NOs (KOEL & MAHINDRA) & Office-01 no. (MAHINDRA).

Supply of B-Checks kit & carried out of B-Check of 25 KVA Kirloskar make 3 phase AC soundproof Generator at DVOR.- 01 no. B- Check kit consist of following items . (i) Air filter-01 (ii) Fuel filter-01(iii) Diesel filter-01(iv) Lube oil- 7.5 ltr (v) coolent-01. (make- KOEL).

Annual comprahensive Maintenance of different make & capacities of split AC"S & purifier system i/c sabilizers( if have) etc as required & as per the special condition of contract. (a) 1 phase 1.5 ton split AC- 11 nos.

Annual comprehensive Maintenance of different make & capacities of split AC"S & purifier system i/c stabilizers (if have) etc as required & as per the special condition of contract. (b) Water purifier System (12-15 ltr)-1 no.
