Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood,trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level),including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material at departmental stores and disposal of unserviceable material.

Reinforced Cement Concrete design mix of Grade M25 by insitu mixing using Weigh Batcher or RMC of Ultra Tech, Birla Ready Mix up to specified level below and above plinth using Portland Pozzolana Cement conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd., KCP make) with river/manufactured/robo sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. Fosroc, Demech, Huntsman, Pidilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT in proportion as per Manufacturer's Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required heights, Concrete laid to proper level, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed, but excluding Formwork. in foundation, footings, plinth beam, beam, slab chajjas, lintels, bed bloks staircases, walls etc.,

Supply, fabrication, erection and fixing in position Reinforcement bars for Reinforced Cement Concrete items at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level with High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) bars/TMT Bars 500D conforming to IS 1786 (Latest Edition) from approved source of make of M/s. Tata, Vizag Steel, SAIL, Jindal including transporting to site, loading and unloading, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, making fan hooks of required shape, dowels for bonding masonry, removing of scales, fixing bars with chairs, space bars wherever required, fixing and tying in position with Two (2) strings of 18 Gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire inclusive of its supply, etc., complete as specified and directed.

Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel work using Rolled Steel Joists, Beams, Channels, Plates, etc., at all levels above and below plinth level including supplying of steel sections and plates conforming to BIS 2062 of make Vizag Steel, Tata, SAIL, Jindal Ispat or any other approved manufacturer using ingots of above manufacturer make), loading, unloading, transporting the steel to site of work, cutting, fabricating using welding/bolts, using weld rods of make D&H, Advani, Philips or its approved equivalent and/or bolts and nuts from approved source, erecting using derricks/pulleys or any suitable means, fixing in position and painting with one coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint as per manufacturers Specifications of make Asian Paint, Berger, Johnson and Nickelson, Nerolac, cleaning the sections /plates by suitable means, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing side hung MS tubular gates single/ double leaves of required size along with or without wicket gate , comprising 38mm nb medium quality steel tube frame with 65x10mm thick MS flat for horizontal, vertical and diagonal stiffeners, including welding flat to frame work, with 20mmx3mm thick MS flat welded to frame and providing necessary heavy duty ball bearing side hung hinges, lugs, latches, locking arrangements, pipe inserts and other fittings and fixtures necessary for smooth operation of gates, providing nd fixing/welding MS spikes of 12mm square bars at not more than 150mm c/c, fixing the gate leaves by welding

supplying and fixing/welding 50mm square hard drawn steel wire fabric of Sl no.2 (50x50x3mm) conforming to IS 1566 of standard make or its approved equivalent where ever required as directed. The weld mesh shall be fixed as per drawing. For fencing gates.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) complete as specified and directed.

Brick work as per IS 2212 & 1077 using clay bricks in 1:4 cement mortar as specified at all depths below and height above plinth level , steel Tubular scaffolding, raking out joints curing etc.complete as per specification and as directed.

Water proof cement plaster of 20mm Thick in cement mortar 1:3 , making watas on edges , leveling , making surface smooth and admixture with approved with integrated water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer specification. Of FOSROC/ Dr FIXIT or approved equalent make . Scaffolding , curing, hacking the surfaces if necessary etc. as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Providing centering and shuttering using steel shuttering plates at all depths and heights below and above plinth level, vertical, horizontal, inclined including strutting, propping using steel pipes/acro stagging, removal, cleaning of the same for insitu reinforced cement concrete and in plain cement concrete work as required including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets and applying one coat of shuttering oil on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete etc., complete as directed. in Foundations, footings, bases of columns, Lintels, beams, plinth beams, cantilevers, Window, Sill, copings etc, and as directed .

Supplying and fixing GI Chain link fencing of required height with 50mm diamond mesh of approved quality and make with 4 mm galvanized iron wires conforming to IS 2721 including unrolling, straightening, stretching, fixing tight to structural steel posts and struts erected in position by means of 6mm dia approved quality galvanized iron machine straightened rods at top and bottom horizontally throughout fence and vertically at every angle post, fixed with approved quality galvanized iron hooks, bolts, nuts and washers etc., complete as specified and directed

Supplying and laying of 150 mm dry stone pitching to the slopes of earth using approved local rubble stones, excavating/ forming the earth to required slopes, levels, gradient, etc., to form the base, laying the stones, filling the interstices with smaller stones and finishing with 1:6 cement mortar. etc., all complete as directed.

Removing carefully of existing layer of sand and pebble mix in various size of pebbles and segregating the materials and staking at specified location in clouding carriage as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Supplying and fixing of factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, approved brand of Classic or other qualent of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern.

600x400x60mm Grass pavers of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern.

Supplying and fixing of factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and fixing 65mm Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing in position 65 mm gun metal non- return valve with ball SS confirming to IS.778 with hand lever at top including testing for 10 kg/cm2 pressure with clean and potable water with a minimum testing duration of two hours etc. as per specification.
