BRIDGE WORK: Sub Structure: Earth work in excavation for structures in all depths as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion damage to hill side water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes, width, camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner filling of unevenness blind age and finishing of the road to specified dimension or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be remove by suitable diversion bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the whole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases. The rate shall be including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST and all other taxes imposed by the Government time to time.

Providing and laying mechnically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete with design mix to obtain the characterstic strength of M-20 (twenty) grade with graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete including cost of form work and reinforcement in open foundation including all heights and depths complete as per drawing and technical specificationand as per MoRTH specifications clause 1500, 1700 and 2100 including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete in all respect.as per direction of Engineer -in Chief. The rate shall be including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST and all other taxes imposed by the Government time to time.

Supplying, fitting and cutting, bending, shifting to site, tying and placing in position HYSD bar reinforcement in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specification and as per MoRTH specifications clause 1600 and 2200 including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete in all respect.as per direction of Engineer -in Chief. The rate shall be including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST and all other taxes imposed by the Government time to time.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level cast steel rocker bearing conforming to IRC:83 (pt.I) section IX and clause 2003 of MORTH specifications complete including all accessories as per drawing and technical specifications and carriage of material within all leads, lifts/depths and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer -in Chief. The rate shall be including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST and all other taxes imposed by the Government time to time.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level forged steel roller bearing conforming to IRC:83 (pt.I) section IX and clause 2003 of MORTH specifications complete including all accessories as per drawing and technical specifications and carriage of material within all leads, lifts/depths and other incidentals charges.as per direction of Engineer -in Chief. The rate shall be including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST and all other taxes imposed by the Government time to time.

Back filling with granular material for bridge work behind abutment wing wall and return wall complete as per Drawing and technical specification and carriage of material within all leads, lifts/depths and other incidentals .as per direction of Engineer -in Chief. The rate shall be including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST and all other taxes imposed by the Government time to time.

Providing weep hole in brick masonry/ plain/ reinforced concrete abutment , wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia. PVC pipe, extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1V:20H towards draining face complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 2706 and 2200 including carriage of material and other incidentals charges.as per direction of Engineer -in Chief. The rate shall be including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST and all other taxes imposed by the Government time to time.

Providing and laying 25mm (twenty five millimetre) diametre tor steel dowel bar 1.25 (one point two five) metre deep in rock and 1.25 (one point two five) metre above the rock in foundation including drilling 65mm (sixty five millimetre) diametre bore in rock necessary bending, hooking, tying reinforcement in position and grouting etcetra complete as per drawing and technical specifications including carriage of material and other incidentals charges.as per direction of Engineer -in Chief. The rate shall be including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST and all other taxes imposed by the Government time to time.

Super Structure: Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting and fixing in position including launching with all relevent arrangements such as launching material, machinery and other equipments required for launching and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in trussed steel bridges of all spans including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect. The rate shall be including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST and all other taxes imposed by the Government time to time.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting and fixing in position including all relevent arrangements as required in stringers, treads, landing etcetra including use of chequered plate in trussed steel bridges of all spans including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect. The rate shall be including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST and all other taxes imposed by the Government time to time.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete M15 (fifteen) grade leveling course below approach slab complete as per drawing and Technical specifications curing complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidentials.charges.as per direction of Engineer -in Chief. The rate shall be including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST and all other taxes imposed by the Government time to time.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with ready mixed paint of approved brand shade and colour brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter with in all leads, lifts, carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete in all respect. The rate shall be including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST and all other taxes imposed by the Government time to time.

Providing and laying 900mm (nine hundred millimetre) diametre reinforced cement concrete pipe NP2 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (one cement : two sand) but excluding excavation, protection work, back filling, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets clause 1108 complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidentials. The rate shall be including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST and all other taxes imposed by the Government time to time.

Providing and fixing mild steel railing complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect. The rate shall be including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST and all other taxes imposed by the Government time to time.

Providing and fixing lighting on bridges, mounted on steel hollow circular poles of standard specification having 5 (five) metre height above deck level including all accessories required to complete the work fixed on parapets with cement concrete. 20 (twenty) metre apart and fitted with sodium vapour lamp of 70 (seventy) watt complete as approved by the Engineer-In-Charge in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect. The rate shall be including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST and all other taxes imposed by the Government time to time.
