REWINDING OF ECB Magnet Assembly 6032 model:Magnet assembly has two coils. • Removing of winding by mounting of Magnet Assembly on Vertical lathe, under cutting the circumference of the Magnet Assembly. • Making of suitable angular support (zig) to remove coils without damaging/bending of core. • Procuring new copper conductor made out of 99.9% pure electrolytic copper, insulated with enamel, mica & double layer of Fiber glass. • Making of suitable former and wounding of coil with actual shape and dimensions and binding the same with Poly glass mica insulation tapes, preheating, varnishing etc. • Insulating the inside core with a layer of liquid insulations, then Providing of Packing and inserting the coils. • Welding and closing the coils, then again mounting on lathe to undercut any excess portions, checking trueness etc. • Conducting necessary tests like leakage, IR & resistance.
