Material & Labour for maintanance and servicing of DG Sets of capacity 20 KVA to 62.5 KVA of Make – Kirloskar/ Mahindra/ Cummins/ Ashok Leyland/CG complete including following :- (i) Drain out engine oil from the chamber, cleaning the chamber throughly and refilling the sump with new engine oil to it's required level. (ii) Drain out diesel from tank, cleaning the tank throughly and refilling the drained out diesel. (iii) Supply and replacement of fuel filter set. (iv) Supply and replacement of lubricating oil filter set. (v) Supply and replacement of bypass filter set. (vi) Checking & cleaning air cleaner. (vii) Checking and topping up coolant level. (viii) Checking the starting batteries and filling with electrolytr/distilled water to maintain the required specific gravity.Cleaning of battery terminals & applying petroleum jelly to battery terminal post & brass connectors. (ix) Checking and cleaning exhaust system including removing of deposite carbon in exhaust pipe. (x) Adjustment/setting of V belt/fan belts/tensioner pulley/lever adjusment to the desired tension, tightening all the bolts and nuts to the required torque etc, cleaning the DG set with accessories as prescribed by the manufacturer.

(xi) Checking , cleaning and servicing of self starter, alternator, sensors etc. (xii) Testing of DG set at connected load as as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (xiii) Tappet setting as per standard. (xiv) Checking of FIP timing by Fuel cut method. NOTE:- (a) Fuel filter, oil filter, bypass filter, petroleum jelly, waste cloth, seal, gasket etc are to provided by the contractors and the cost deemed to be included in unit quoted rate. (b) Coolent for topping up /Engine oil shall be measured and paid seperetaly. (c) Engine oil/spare/filters of make recommended by OEM will only be used for servicing of DG set. (d) The contractor should provide minimum 5 Nos visit (each after two month) for inspection to check the health/function of DG set and AMF Panel by authorised dealer/ representative through O.E.M of manufactures engineering / technician only and the visiting charge of technician / Engineer will be deemed to be included in the quoted rate .

Material & Labour for dismantling the self starter 12/24 volts DC of DG sets and transporting to work shop for carryout overhauling by replacement all unserviceable spares including carbon brushes, bearing, bushes, rewinding of armature with insulated copper winding, pinion etc as per existing model reassembling and refixing the same to DG sets including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement Battery Lead suitable for DG Set of capacity 63 KVA to 500 KVA with colour coding complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and topping up for coolent for DG set in sealed container Make as recommended by OEM for DG sets complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out defective fuel injectionpump of DG set capacity 20 KVA to 62.5 KVA, transporting to work shop and cleaning of injectors nozzles and overhauling complete including calibrating and re-fixing the same including testing the DG sets to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.
