Supply and fix, LED street light luminaries 60 Watt, minimum 6000 system lumens comprising pressure die cast aluminium housing with pre-wired gear tray with LEDs and driver, heat resistant, flat glass suitably gasketed for IP 66 protection colour temperature 5700K to 6500K, CRI>70 complete with all accessories pre-wired, fixed on existing bracket with and including necessary reducer/nut/bolt/drilling hole in pipe as per site requirement and making connections with PVC copper wire, complete including dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable street light fitting all as specified and directed.Make: WIPRO Cat Part No.LR02-67/-XXX-57-G2 or equivalant in the makes given in Appendix 'B' Note(s): (i) LM 79 certificate and LM 80 report of fixture and LED chip shall be produced by the contractor with useful life of 50000Hrs. (ii) PF of luminaries shall be more than 0.9. (iii) System efficiency shall not be less than 100 lumen/ watt. (iv) Driver: Isolated type with constant voltage and constant current, BIS certified and THD 0.9. (v) Test certificate for photometry, electrical and electronic parameters from NABL approved 3rd party laboratory shall be produced by the contractor. (vi) Make or logo of manufacturer should be embossed on the fixture or as per manufacturer's policy. (vii) PVC copper wire shall be measure and paid for separately.

Supply and fix, LED flood light luminaries 150 Watt, minimum 15000 system lumens comprising pressure die cast aluminium housing with pre-wired gear tray with LEDs and driver, heat resistant, flat glass suitably gasketed for IP 66 protection colour temperature 5700K to 6500K, CRI>70 complete with all accessories pre-wired, fixed on existing bracket with and including necessary reducer/nut/bolt/drilling hole in pipe as per site requirement and making connections with PVC copper wire, complete including dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable flood light fitting all as specified and directed. Supply and fix thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP 55/IP65 with metric knockout for cable entry of size 200x160x98 mm fixed on pole/wall with MS clamps/MS Flat iron (as per site requirement) of size 25x4 mm, nuts, bolts,washers and glands, including 4 pole terminal and one No MCB SP 6 Amp and taking down old unserviceable boxes all as specified and directed. Make: Hensel Cat part No,. K-8250 or equivalant in makes given in Appendix 'B'.

Supply and laying/fixing, 2.5Sqmm (nominal area) copper conductor, two single core, FRLS, PVC insulated unsheathed cable, drawn in steel pole for connection to street/flood light fitting and making connections, including taking down old u/s cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rigid non-metallic PVC conduit, external dia 25mm, exclusive of boxes (junction/terminal) but inclusive of tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks, MS clamps with nuts and bolts etc. for running PVC cable from junction box to street/flood light fitting complete all as specified and directed. Note: PVC copper wire shall be measure and paid for separately.

Taking out / down old existing LT 1100volt grade cables, size 10/16 Sqmm aluminium conductor 2 core, XLPE, armoured, including bricks/PCC cover for protection, laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 2 core aluminum conductor 1100volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with cable glands, aluminium lugs of suitable size etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, complete including taking out old cable & bricks all as specified and as directed. Note(s): Returning filling earth work, sand cushioning and PCC cover for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply & fix, in replacement, bracket 1.20m long, bent to shape out of GI pipe light grade 40mm dia bore and fixing on top of pole with two Nos. FI clamps of size 40x6mm and appropriate size bolts, nuts, washers, complete including one coat of red oxide primer & two coats of aluminium paint after preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying / fixing , GI pipe light grade 40mm dia bore for cable protection fixed to pole/wall or laid under floor/road/pavement, including taking out old unserviceable pipe, complete all as specified and directed. Note (s) : (i) MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc where required shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying of cables and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm only), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supplying and laying, factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover LV type-1, flat, of size 250x150x40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, writing pole number in block letters of size 120mm with synthetic enamel black paint over a background of yellow paint at suitable height complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Schedule of credit for Rs. 34,570.00 to be deducted on acceptance of bid.
