Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors,Sumps/water tank cover slabs, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in walls of water tank,sump, foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Prospecting of water table in the ground by Hydrologist/water diviner for drilling borewells to give maximum yield. Contractor shall identify 2 points and suggest 1 point which for maximum water yield.

Supplying and fixing of MS Cap suitable for Casing pipe 175mm Dia.

Providing and fixing M.S clamp of required dia to the top of casing/housing pipe of tubewell as per IS:2800 (part 1), including necessary bolts & nuts of required size complete

Providing and fixing Bail plug/ Bottom plug of required dia to the bottom of pipe assembly of tubewell as per IS:2800 (part 1) Note: Dia will be Fixed as per Engineer-in-charge at the time of Execution

Providing and fixing HDPE pipe of 2.5" inch dia of 6kg/sq. cm including fixing with centrifugal pump, joints and all the acesseories (Make: Ashirvad Pipes or Equivalent)

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of vertical, inline multistage centrifugal pump 5HP with stainless steel SS-304 stage casing, SS-304 impellers with stainless shaft as per IEC standards connected to TEFC ventilated induction motor of 02 pole,suitable for 400/440 volts, 3 phase 50 Hz AC supply with pressure guage, gun metal isolation cocks, vibration elimination pads etc complete. The pump shall have following duty in all respects as required at site (i) Domestic water transfer pump (ii) capacity: 270-300 LPM (iv) Head: 110-340M (v) Stage 50 Ref Make: Kirloskar, Texmo, suguna or equivalent make from make list.

Supplying and drawing of FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor, Three Core LT power Cable of size 6.0 sqmm, unarmoured multistrand flexible copper flat cable. (3CoreX6.0sqmm). Ref make: KEI or Equivalent.

Supplying of LT power cable with Aluminium conductor, XLPE/PVC insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured, 1.1KV grade (A2XFY), confirming IS:7098(part-1) with relevant standards. 3.5C X 25 Sq mm. Ref make: Finolex, Havells, KEI.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3½ X 25 sq. mm (28mm).

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
