Fully carepeted Main Stage with branded backdrop, sidewings and 6 sets of staircases, Green Rooms with carpeted floor. (Each Green Room should have 2 full length mirrors, 4 pedestal fans, 3 tables, 20 chairs, clothes rack & hangars) , Front of Stage Carpeting.

Sound System having flying speakers with adequate number of tops, base bins and stage monitors, Sound system with adequate tops and base bins, 2 delay stacks and stage monitors, cordless mikes, lapel mikes, podium mikes, tripod mikes, mike stands(big and small), drum kit mikes, reverb effect(lexicon), digital mixers and switcher at Raj Bhavan.

Stage Lights having sharpis, Laser beams, warm LED parcans, Led wash, LED parcans, haze’s and LED strobs (all mounted on box truss of size 60x30x24), Ambient/Décor Lighting using LED Parcans, Main LED Wall with a 4 feet riser, LED Wall (Delay). Overall General Lighting using Metal Highlide, T-Trusses used for General & Ambient lighting, Serial Decorative Lighting, Generators 125 Kva with fuel and technicians, Stage Management Team for 3 days.

1VIP Seating Stage covered with carpet and handrail all around with 2 sets of staircase.

Tents with platform, covered with carpet, 1 side backdrop. (each tent with lights, powerpoints, 2 roundtables & 12 banquet chairs) , Black Masking.

Food & Beverage Tents (Each tent to have lights, powerpoints, 2 tables and 2 chairs), General Sitting Tables, General Sitting plastic moulded Chairs with covers, Fire Extinguishers at the F&B stalls having live cooking.

Overall Decoration(Colourful Balley flags) ,Colorful Carnival Masks of various sizes, Colorful Overhead Streamers Entrance Arches, Photo Ops setup of various Goan Festivals.

Security Personnel on 24 hr basis.

Videography and Photography with livefeed.
