Raw water Pumpsets : Supplying, installing & commissioning of water lubricated, single/ multi stage, Radial/ Mixed flow, Vertical Turbine Pump having discharge against the total head of Kirloskar/ WPIL/ Mather & Platt make confirming to IS: 1710/1972 or latest, consisting of bowl assembly dynamically balanced bronze impellers, stainless steel pumpshaft and line shaft of 6m flanged column assembllies of 1.5m length and with 9mm thick MS fabricated column assembly, with strainers, prelubrication tank, Non reverse ratchet coupling, pressure gauge, Suitable size of NR valves, Sluice valves, Butterfly Valve & foot Valve with dismantling joint. Including Piping work for Delivery/ Suction line, common header, etc. coupled with TEFC & IE3 rated squirrel cage Induction Motor having 10% more BHP than that of pump, of Kirloskar/ ABB / BHEL/ CGL / Marathon make confirming to IS: 325 & IS: 12615, operating on 415 V, 3 Phase, 50 C/S, A.C Supply having speed 1500 rpm all complete as per standard specification and direction of E/I.

Discharge = 6150 Lpm, Head = 147 m and (2W + 2S )

Power Distribution Panel : Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Power control cum distribution cubical panel board (LT Panel), made of 2 mm thick, MS sheet of suitable size, dust and vermin proof consisting of following accessories.

a) Incoming feeder- 1600 A TPN 415V ACB with thermal release range, adjustable and breaking capacity with rotary operating mechanism handle of make L&T/ SIEMENS/ Schneider- 1no.

b) Outgoing feeder- 630A TP 415V MCCB having thermal release range, adjustable and breaking capacity with rotary operating mechanism handle of make L&T/SIEMENS/ Schneider- 4no. and 1no. Spare feeder.

c) Bus Bar- 4 pole 1600A 415V copper strip bus bar enclosed in MS sheet, etc. all complete job- 1no.

f) Indicating lamp LED - L&T/SIEMENS make in Red, Yellow and Green colour- 1set.

g) 32A & 63A MCB and 100A MCCB for light load & other loads of L&T/SIEMENS/ Schneider make- 2nos each.

h) APFC panel of required & suitable capacitor banks in standards stages with reactor coils for raising PF from 0.80 to 0.98, Including motor control relays, earth fault relay, over/leakage current relay,etc. all other safety relays.

Panel should be duly painted with two coats super enameled paint of approved colour one coat of red oxide primer and including internally wired with suitable size of copper control wire/cable, etc. all complete.

Cables : Supplying , laying and suitably terminating both ends with following cables:-

(a) Cost of 400 Sq.M.M. x 3.5 core XLPE Aluminum armoured 1.1 KV grade cable including laying on cable tray along gangway from Transformer to LT Panel in the Intakewell pump house.

(b) Cost of 185 Sq.M.M. x 3.0 core XLPE 1.1 KV grade solid/ stranded armoured copper conductor with 6 mm thick cable including laying on wall/floor from LT Panel to Starter & Motors.

Lifting Equipment : Providing, erecting and commissioning of 5 Tonne single girder hand operated circular/ Rectangular Travelling Crane with 6 m lift complete with chain pully block ISI marked and traveling trolly both tested for 50% over load including arrangement for longitudinal travel /circular travel and cross travel with wheel , hand chain , etc. all complete.

Earthing : Providing & erecting earthing for each motors and Stabiliser with suitable Copper earth plate, GI pipe, charcoal, salt, etc. all complete as per IE Rule.

Lighting : Supplying and doing electrical wiring and internal and external lighting i.e. lighting of gangway and ESS for Raw water plant with LED luminaries as required and as per direction of E/I.

Additional Items : Supplying and erecting of Lightening Arrester for pump house, Fire fighting system, emergency light with inverter and battery, display boards at pumphouse and ESS, safety gadgets e.g. hand gloves, gumboot, helmet, First aid box, insulation pad near each electrical controls and equipments, maintenance and measuring tools etc. as per requirement & direction of e/i following IE rule.

Tansformer Installation: Cost of construction of DP structure in Rail/RSJ Pole for above mention transformer with different type of MS channels, M.S. angles, brackets, insulators, AB Switch, three set of horn gap fuse, DO fuse, disc & pin insulator, lightening arrester with earthing, stay sets, nut bolts, fabrication work required for the job, cost of earthing of transformer (Two nos., one no. for neutral and one for body) with all required material, technicians, labours, Grouting, PCC work, fencing, Danger board, testing of transformer oil, fitting, fixing, connecting with HT/LT lines, etc. for power supply, etc. all complete as per I.E. rules and specification of Jharkhand state electricity board.

Air Break Switch : Supplying and erecting approved make thyrite H.T. outdoor type Gang Operated Air Break. Triple pole switch of required capacity with 3 post / pin type insulator per phase, mounted in horizontal or vertical position on provided cross arm with adequate length of G.I. pipe for operating handle erected on extended square shaft. the operating handle provided with lock and key at suitable height from ground with necessary clamps. etc. Suitable for 11 KV line Rotating Type

Raw Water Rising Main

Doing Geotechnical survey, Collecting field data, designing, getting it approved by competent authorityand Laying of Raw water Rising Main (Please refer to Section 5,Sl. 3.1 of SBD)

Earth Work in excavation (As per I.S. 3114/1965) for laying of Different types and size of pipes so as to give one meter average cover over the socket of pipe with disposal of excavated earth within initial lead and life asper specification and direction of Engineer in-charge (b) For classification of soil item -B

Dismantling of cement concrete pavement (Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechnical means using penumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to lead of 1000 meters, atcking serviceable and unserviceable maerials separately)

PCC 1:3:6 in foundation ( Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.) plain / Rainforced cement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications. Supplying Labour and tools for fixing C.I. sluice valve in trenches with a pair of C.I. Providing 6 mm. Thick cement plaster (1:4) in ceiling with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification & direction Of E/I.

Providing & Fixing G.I Pipe Railling having 1.0 m height consisting 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick M.S Angles as verticals at 1.5M c/c , and additional posts at every corner with 3 rows of 25 mm dia G.I. pipes of medium class variety as horizontal & painting 3 coats of oil paint over 1 coat of anticorrosive paint of approved colour & shade including cost of all labour, transporting bends to curved shape, etc. complete.

Providing two coat of snowcem of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer on new surface including preparing plastered surface the smooth with sand paper, scaffolding, curing and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Carriage of materials from different sources or departmental stores to work site including loading, transporting, unloading and stacking the materials at work site etc. all complete job. as per direction of E/I.
