REPAIR / MAINT OF CENTRAL AC PLANTS/ PACKAGE AC UNITS AT MWC, TPW UNDER AGE E/M NO-III OF GE (U-I) VISAKHAPATNAM

M & L for de-scaling the shells and tubes of condenser units of 3 x 140TR Central AC plant by circulating the diluted hydrochloric acid at the appropriate ratio depending upon the scale deposits till removal of all the scale inside the copper tubes after removal of both the end covers, brushing with nylon/GI wire brush, removal of all scale deposits and degreasing with caustic soda, flushing out thoroughly, re-fixing the end covers with new gasket packing, nut and bolts and connecting the inlet and out let, every six month or as directed by engr-in-charge all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing and cleaning of air handling unit of 48800 CFM capacity (central AC), with and including dismantling filter units, blowing out the dust, chemical cleaning by spraying the organic based scale removing agent Vaniklin at the appropriate ratio till removal of complete dust & scale deposits in the fin area of evaporator coil, flushing through for proper air flow across the coil, checking of electrical connection, cleaning of air filters, greasing of blower motor, replacement of un serviceable bearings, cleaning water drain lines, renewal of rusted sheet metal screws, every month for running AC plant at optimal condition unit all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : There are 03 No's of 48800CFM capacity AHU and servicing of each AHU shall measured as "Each Job"

M&L for complete servicing of FRP cooling tower, removal of complete scales, dirt etc. by using chemicals, cleaning the sump louvers, PVC fills, fan assembly, renewal of spray nozzles, renewal of nuts and bolts, and complete painting of the cooling tower as per standard practice for 3 x 140 TR capacity cooling tower for every three months complete all as specified and directed.
