M&L Rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, plastered surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 5mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 on Concrete Surfaces as in ceiling, soffits of chajjas,faces of coloumn,etc plastered surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 (Externally) on Fair Faces of Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces in Two Layers, 1st Layer of 10mm thick and 2nd Layer of 5mm thick including mixing with WPC to the 2nd Layer as per Manufacturer's instructions and finished the plastered Surfaces Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Integral Water Proofing Compound (WPC) shall be Measured and Paid separately as ‘Supply only’ under relevant Items.
