Taking down existing U/S HPSV/MH light fitting any size /cap for further disposal complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 above but serviceable fittings of any size/cap complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable Under Ground LT cable of Size 10 x 02 core from Trench/GI Pipe/ Wall/Floor/Pole for further disposal complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable Under Ground LT cable of Size 16 x 04 core from Trench/GI Pipe/ Wall/Floor/Pole for further disposal complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable GI breacket of 40mm dia fixed to steel tubular pole including MS clamp of size 40x5 mm flat iron and nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix new LED street light fitting with DPSD energy saving dimming system (to reduce down the light output upto 50% after certain period of time ) of 60 watts housing made out of pressure die-cast aluminium alloy with toughned glass, IP 66 protection working on 240 volts, 50 Hz, consisting of reflecting lamps wired with appropriate driver PF> 0.98 having overvoltage protection upto 440 volt, surge protection level > 10 KV, thermal short circuit prtection THD< 10% made up of long life LED chip (SMD) in modular with Ra< 70, and LED lumen efficiency > 140 lumen per watt, beam angle along the drive way, 120 degree, beam angle across the drive way, 80 degree luminaire efficiciency> 120 lumens /watt power LED should be of more than 01 watt CCT should be between 5700° K- 6500 K on bracket including making necessary electric connection with 1.5 sqmm , 3 core, PVC insulated copper conductor cable 1100 Volt grade from distribution / pole box to light fitting complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The firm has to given warranty of street light fittings including driver minimum for 03 years for any defect developed during the period. (ii) The contractor Shall submitt the third Party LM 79 report from any NABL approved laboratory (iii) The fiitting should have BIS , CRS No (iv) 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper condctor cable 1100 volts grade will be measured and paid seperatlely .Make of fittings - Havells , wipro , Shakti

Supply and fix medium grade rigid PVC conduit ISI Marked of size 20 mm exclusive of boxes(junction/terminal)but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers,bell mouth tube ends and fixing acessaries such as couplers lock nuts,saddles, pipe hooks etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC/ road cutting for laying of pipe/cable exceeding 500 Sqcm & not exc 1000 sqcm in cross sectional area and making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggragate, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil and not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable and fixing poles, stays etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Returning , filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with excavated soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for fine dry sand cushioning for underground cable by providing layers of sand 8 cm before laying and 15 cm deep after laying the cable including streching the cable (measurement to be taken after punning down consolidated thickness). complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying , un-reinforced factory fabricated precast concrete cable cover ISI Marked ,class LV,Type I,flat,size 250mmX150mmX40mm with breaking load capacity 200 KG complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggrigate) as in coping of poles above grounding including necessary form work, complete all as specified .

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate ) type C-2 for foundation of poles including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
