STANDBY DG SUPPLY
Supply, installation, commisioning and testing of silent type diesel Engine driven generating set of capacity 250 KVA/200KW(0.8 PF), 415 volts, three phase 4 wire system, engine as per IS 10001/10002 and alternator as per IS-13364 complete with relay panel for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meters, sound proof canopy as per relevant IS and foundation as per manufacturer's recommendations etc including the following A. ENGINE Direct injection, water cooled engine, cylinder, in line, 4 stroke, rated at 1500 RPM, not less than 309 BHP, confirming to BS-5514 has the following specifications :-

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION AND FLAME PROOF LIGHTHING
Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made and tested design verified as per IS/IEC - 61439-1 & 2, by CPRI approved manufacturers LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) indoor type, platform mounted, including suitable angle iron (4 Nos leg) for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, all as specified and directed, having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bars 300 amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, made of 2.00 mm CRCA sheet 75mm x 30 mm thick MS Channel frame 7 tank process, duly powder coated finish , thimbling and cable entry boxes with cable gland including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Front and back side opening type with aprons for cable entry with double door shutter and locking arrangement, danger plate and earthing terminal and suitable PCC work. The scope of work includes provision of the following :- Incoming :- (a) MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps, 25 KA, 415V -01 No (b) Bus bar (copper strip) 200 Amp - 4 Nos (c) Digital panel meter (Amp Voltage meter) including CTs - 01 No (d) Digital indication lamp set - 01 (e) Slot for electronic energy meter -05 Nos Outgoing:- (i) MCB SPN 40 Amp 415 V 50 Hz-05 Nos Note:- Contractor shall sumit LT panel drawing for approval of GE before procurement.
Supply and fix Distribution board made out of sheet metal powder coated, factory made, enclousure double door type TPN 4 way vertical type with 200 (Amps rated copper bus bar, neutral bar, earth bar, TP 43 protection including provision of housing of incomer MCCB 63 Amps, triple pole and neutral, 415V, 16 KA breaking capacity fixing of DB flush to wall surface complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix RCCB of 2 pole SPN as per IS 12640 -1, IEC 61008-1 with rated sensitivity, of 32 A, 30mA for protection against earth leakage current for domestic use to fix in MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix LED light fitting with high output diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt 220 V AC decorative type with driver and LED lamp 5700K Rated CCT energy efficient with lumen efficiency corrosponding to five star BEE rating published for year of installation, pf 0.8, colour rendering index not less than 70%, IP20 complete with all accessories internally pre wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix LED Flood light fitting 60 watt, system efficiency not less than 115 lumens/watt, IP 65 protection consisting of high/low voltage cut off maintenance free isolated electronic driver circuits, with 10 KA surge protection, low THD PMMA grade high quality. Transmittance lens, epoxy powder coated Die cast Aluminium housing with weather proof gasket for lamp and driver compartment, Heat resistance toughened glass fitted in cast aluminium housing with SS screws fixed on modified angle for fixing of light fitting as per manufacturer instruction and connecting complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix cable tray perforated aluminium pre-galvanised fixing, passing through vertical wall, chiseling, cutting on vertical/ horizontal wall including making good of disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix flame proof exhaust fan of size 230 mm sweep with louvers and making suitable size hole and making the surface to match with the existing including electrical connections complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix flame proof DB SPN 4 way, double door, 240V with MCB SPN 32 Amp -01 No and MCB SP 6-32 Amp - 02 Nos complete all as specified and directed.
SEWAGE DISPOSAL
Material and labour for RCC Septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water,excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 design Mix in Walls, Base Slab, Baffle walls and Roof Slab including beams etc with Vent shat, manhole openings with cover connection etc complete with effective depth of 1.5 meter and over all depth of 3 meter etc complete all as specified & as shown on drawing for 100 users .
Material and labour for RCC Septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation,RCC M-30 design Mix in Walls,Base Slab,Baffle walls and Roof Slab including beams etc with Vent shat,manhole openings with cover connection etc complete with effective depth of 1.5 meter and over all depth of 3 meter etc complete all as specified & as shown on drawing for 50 users .
Material and labour for Sokage well excavation,in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, wall of honey combed masonary with top ring of M-25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats o size 1.8 M dia X 4.5 M effective depth.
LIGHTNING PROTECTION AND CHEMICAL EARTHING
Material and labour for Chemical Earthing complete with CPRI tested 50mm bore pure copper earth electrode pipe with wall thickness of copper pipe not less than 20 gauge, of length 3000mm, pipe in copper strip Technology with NABL tested, RoHS compliant earth enhancement compound 50 Kg in each bore hole in tripod configuration (three numbers of 50mm dia pure copper electrode pipe) interconnected with 32x6mm size copper strip and connected by means of exothermic brazing and protected by GI pipe light grade 32mm bore and PCC (1:2:4) type B1 earth chamber and cast iron earth pit cover 300x300x3mm connecting to test point and testing on ground complete includingexcavation, earth work, boring in any type of soil strata and cleaning of site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting of existing DI pipe of size 100mm dia and making arrangement for insertion of new NRV alongwith following accessories : Tail piece with flanged end-02 Nos, Tail piece plain - 01 No, Double collar tyton joints-02 Nos, Gaskets, Nut bolts, Rubber rings etc. all as directed including necessary excavation & earth work as required of 100mm dia of sizes complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix openwell submersible pump, electric driven 415 V, 3 phase,2880 RPM having suction dia 50mm and delivery dia 40mm suitable for 50mtr head inclusive of 40 metre long submersible copper cable of suitable size as recommended by OEM complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix submersible pump starter of capacity up to 5 HP with lock on rotor, single phase preventor, overload relay, suitable capacity contactor and any other accessories required for smoothe functioning of the starter complete all as specified and directed.
