S&F bird proof net of co-polymer nylon monofilament, ultraviolet stabilized with apertute 20mm x 20mm, the thickness of filament is 0.80 mm, melting point 260 degree, tension force can resist 23.08 kgs, dia of nylon thread not less than 1.00 mm fixed in position as per manufacturer's instructions including dismantling old existing destroyed unserviceable nylon deteriorated net at any height in ceiling including making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted rates shall be deemed to be included for working in building/structure of upto 15 metre height.

S&F in repair wire netting of stainless steel wire 0.91 mm dia and size of mesh 20 mm aperture fixed with tinned tacks of stainless steel wire staples fixing in vertical/ ceiling position complete all as specified and directed Note:- Quoted rates shall be deemed to be included for working in building/ structure of upto 15 metre height.

S&F MS flat iron for securing the chain link fencing/ stainless steel bird netting including necessary drilling for holes, cutting, punching, bending etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for oiling and greasing top and bottom pullies of each steel sliding hanger door shutter (each panel), cleaning with using standard thinner such as carbon tetra chloride/ Benzene and making smooth functioning to reduce the friction of door and make the door functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted rates shall deemed to be included for working in building/ structure of any height.

S&F in repairs MS pulley of dia 180 mm to 300 mm with bearing shaft, nuts, bolts including making necessary arrangement for taking down old pulley at the bottom of sliding hanger door shutter complete all as specifed and directed. Note:- (i) Quoted rates shall deemed to be included for working in building/ structure of any height. (ii) Quoted rates shall deemed to be included taking down of hanger door leaf for repair and refixing in original position.

S&F in repairs MS pulley of dia upto 180 mm with bearing shaft, nuts, bolts including making necessary arrangement for taking down old pulley at the top of sliding hangar door shutter complete all as specifed and directed. Note:- (i) Quoted rates shall deemed to be included for working in building/ structure of any height. (ii) Quoted rates shall deemed to be included taking down of hangar door leaf for repair and refixing in original position.

M&L for cleaning and greasing the top and bottom guide rails of MS sliding door complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully hood and steel rolling shutter of size not exceeding 10 sqm and replacement of unserviceable/ defective parts and refixing in the same opening after cleaning of guide rails, laths, top cover by kerosene and proper greasing, oiling, replacement of rusted nut bolts etc, removing of bend, alignment etc. to make the system smooth functional & making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The unserviceable parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as "Supply only". (ii) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of providing missing nuts bolts, greasing, oiling, denting, tension to spring etc.

S&F in repairs gear box of steel rolling shutter including handle rack & pinion system, bearing etc. of rolling shuter size exceeding 5 Sqm but not exceeding 25 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F factory made steel rolling shutters with laths of thickness 1.0 mm, without ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: push, pull or manual type/ gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle including taking down existing old unserviceable, broken, rusted steel rolling shutter of any size and type complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only helical wire rolling spring suitable for rolling shutter of area not exceeding 10 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only helical wire rolling spring suitable for rolling shutter of area exceeding 10 Sqm but not exceeding 25 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS sheet hood cover of 1.00 mm thick bent to shape match with existing brackets including stiffners of MS angles/ flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairs to collapsible steel gate of size not exceeding 10 Sqm, including removing and replacing worn out minor parts such as rivets, roller wheels etc. straightening of vertical channels and cleaning of rust including greasing and re-fixing the same in position complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The unserviceable parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid for spearately as "Supply only". (ii) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of providing missing nuts, bolts, greasing, oiling etc.

Supply only pivoted flat bar 20x5 mm fixed with rivets in required position as in collapsible gates complete all as specified and directed.

S&F collapsible steel gates, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc., as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets including taking down existing unserviceable, broken, rusted collapsible steel gates complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting holes in stone walls built in cement mortar for inserting hold fasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 as required, depth of embedded portion of hold fasts or lugs exceeding one brick but not exceeding two bricks from the face of the jamb into the wall complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for running welding in repairs, thickness of metal to be welded not exceeding 6mm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above No 21 but thickenss of metal to be welded exceeding 6 mm but not exceeding 9mm.

S&F in repair for providing and fixing and commmisioning of wind driven turbo ventilators having average capacity of 1500 to 2000 CFM, having neck diameter 700-750 mm and 42 Nos fins. Top plate and bottom ring shall be made from high grade stainless steel (SS-304) and fins to be made of high grade aluminium (H-14) of minimum thickness 0.71 mm. The base and hopper shall be constructed of UV stabilized FRP of minimum thickness 3.0 mm matching with roof sheet profile. The rate shall be include for fixing of FRP base alongwith ventilator and special leak proof tape/ adhesive tape should be used in between all four sides, making it totally water tight etc. The rate also includes all lead and lift, transportation materials, labours, taxes etc complete. The work should be carry out as directed and as per manufacturer instruction. Note:- Quoted rates shall be deemed to be included for working in building/ structure of upto 15 metre height.

M&L for 4 to 5 mm thick high density EPU flooring in patch work/ repair work including priming, screed topping antistatic type including making good to old flooring surface of EPU flooring before application of low viscous epoxy primer having resin & hardener in equal volumes complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and directions.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F rolled milld steel of grade Fe-290 (Grade E-165) in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gussets plates, rails braces, etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled milld steel of grade Fe-290 (Grade E-165) in plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below/ above ground level) including floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) kerb solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base floor/ floors and paving etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rubber moulded machine pressed PCC interlocking paver block confirming to IS : 15658-2006 of size 80mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid dry over 25mm thick screed river washed sand cushion as in floor, shape and colour as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of old unserviceable, rusted, broken (corrugated/ semi corrugated, etc.) CGI/ AC/ Fibre glass sheets in ridge and roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
