OD302317/2024-2025:Supply and installation one 13 passenger Lift (Gear less and with machine room), Rated speed .1 M / Sec., Travel 16.0 metre (approximately), No. of floor and entrance served 3 Floors , 3 Landings (3 Doors), with / with out attendant with Micro Processor controller, Stainless Steel 304 hairline cabin with rear side one panel mirror finish and mirror finish false ceiling, led lighting, strong air axial flow fan with diffuser and flooring with 20 mm thick granite slab. Available well size - 2100mm W x 2500mm D, Car size - 1100 mm Wide x 2000 mm Deep, Car entrance 900mm width x 2000 mm. Position of counter weight - left/right side of car. Construction of design and finishing of car body work - Stainless steel car with stainless steel car door false ceiling, led lighting, Strong air axial flow fan with diffuser, mirror and flooring with 20 mm thick granite slab. Car entrance - Automatic centre opening sliding stainless steel door as per ISS with provision for mechanical opening key and emergency vision panel. Call indicator and position - UP/DN direction indication shall be provided at all landings-LCD indication. Electric supply - Suitable for operating in three phase 415 V 50 Hz AC supply. 230V,50Hz , Single Phase 2 Wire system. Voltage stabilizer - Suitable capacity servo stabiliser for motor and controller. Indications, digital push buttons and other requirements - a)Car position ( Inside the car and at all landings-LCD indication), b)Call indicator ( Inside the car LCD indication), c)Push button for Door close, Door open ( Inside the car ), d)Emergency stop button( Inside the car ), e)Flush mounted switch for fan and light. Door opening system - Infra red door opening system shall be provided for the entire length. Automatic Rescue Device - Automatic rescue device with an electronic controller and with suitable maintenance free batteries. The rescue operation shall act within 10 seconds of power failure. Winding handle - Manual winding wheel for car in case of an emergency. This does not include correction of wall opening on the front side of the wall, 3) Scaffolding, 4) Door frame, 5) Supporting steel, 9) Free servicing for 36 months after handing over, 6) Electrical Inspectorate approval for lift installation, preparation of scheme and remittance of all fees and obtaining energization sanction from electrical inspectorate. Company shall carry out free maintenance during warranty period & includes. a)Cleaning lift equipment, b)Lubrication of all parts, c)Replacing of lubricating oil when required, d)Checking and adjusting contacts, e)Replacing fusible items, alarm etc., f)Re charging batteries in case of drain / and or renewing of batteries if required, g)Replacing / rewinding motors if required.
