Renovation of Departmental Drilling office

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling tile work of thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm in floors including skirting laid in cement mortar and Carpets /PVC Mat laid over floor/Wall Paper iincluding stacking material within 50 metres lead as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Taking out existing wooden/Aluminium door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay FPS (Non- Modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in all shape & size in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and applying 12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand): and providing chicken mesh as the junctions of RCC and brick work wherever requiredas directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Steel reinforcement Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Hacking of CC flooring including cleaning for surface etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying double charge Vitrified tiles in floor and skirting with 600mm x 600mm size (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) contentWith water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre
