Construction of drain in Dhansar from krishna singh house to Big drain via Shiv Mandir and from Navin poddar house to existing drain in ward no.33 , under DMC Dhanbad

5.10.1 Dismantling pucca brick or lime work including stacking serviceable materials in countable stacks within 16 M lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead, complete as per direction of E/I.

5.10.3 Dismantling R.C.C. work including stacking serviceable materials in countable stacks within 15 M lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead, complete as per direction of E/I.

5.1.1 Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil Ivide classification of soil item A) and disposal of excavated earth a obtained to distance up to 50 mm including all lifts with levelling, ramming the foundation trenches removing roots of trees shrubs all complete as per approved design and per building specification and direction of E/I.

5.1.10 Providing coarse clean sand in filling in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads and lifts including cost of all materials, labour, royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I (Mode of measurement compacted volume)

5.6.3 Providing designation 75 B one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering taxes royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

5.3.9.1 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforcement cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement -all work up to plinth level: (1:1.5:3) (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone III ) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ).

5.3.17.1 Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form for foundation , footing , bases of columns, etc for mass concrete.

5.7.2 Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:4) with clean coarse sand of FM 1.5 including screening curing with all leads and lifts of water ,scaffolding taxes and royalty as per building specification and direction of E/I.

5.7.11 Providing 1.5 mm cement punning including screening curing with all leads and lifts of water ,scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

5.5.5 a Providing Tor steel reinforcement of 10mm., 12mm & 16mm dia. bars as per approved design and drawing with cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of wire, removal of rust placing the rods in position (excluding carriage of bar to work site ) all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l. TMT Coil Fe 500 (Only Valid for TATA Tiscon), SAIL, JSPL, Electro steels Ltd. Bokaro and Vizag (RINL)
