Taking down copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or taking credit and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old/unserviceable distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPN DBs/TPN DBs/ Main Switch including old unserviceable MCCBs/ MCBs, Isolators, etc and making good to disturbed surface all as specified and directed at site.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium Sub main wiring of any size from surface/concealed /existing conduit of any height and removing materials at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dolly with suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 20 mm dia, medium grade complete with and including all PVC conduit accessories fixed on wall /Grill and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified and directed for one light / fan point controlled by one, one way switch 06 Amps.

Supply and fixing in repair switch piano, flush type, single pole, one way, 5 Amps, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repair ceiling rose PVC poly carbonate, isolated body with two to three terminals including connection

Supply and fix in renewal of surface mounted LED integrated batten, 20/22 Watt, with IP 20 protection comprises of aluminium extruded channel, extruded aluminium body, integrated electronic driver, etc and all accessories pre-wired including connecting up complete all as directed.

M&L sub main wiring with 2 runs of 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade multistranded copper conductor including PVC conduit of suitable size and provision of one run 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core copper conductor as earth continuity , connected to earth dolly inclusive of all accessories complete all as specified. Note : 3 runs of 4 sqmm copper conductor, & one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, buried directly in Set ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel Gl protection pipe 15mm bore light grade all as shown in electrical plate No 3 on serial page No 497 of SSR part 2009 and connected to main switch board / Main DB's including excavation, earth work, salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick around GI earth plate, Gl pipe medium grade 20mm nominal bore watering pipe GI sheet funnel wire mesh, concrete pit, RCC cover 40mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS Bars 6mm dia at the rate of 75mm center to center both way with 12mm dia lifting handle and pit / chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1, Angle iron 40mmx40mmx3mm frame for pit cover including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep and making good Bottom surface for laying /removing of cable, erection of poles in Soft loose soil all as specified and directed by engr in charge

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point, and depositing where directed complete all as specified.

M&L sand cushioning in trenches using riddle sand for cable cushioning all as specified and as directed. Note : Thickness of sand cushioning after punning down will be measured and paid.

Material and labour for burnt bricks subclass B laid in trenches for cable protection all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil in trenches, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm complete all as specified.

M&L XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured with multistranded aluminium conductor cable having cross sectional area 6 sqmm 2 core , 1100 volt grade ,Heavy grade conforming to IS :7098 (Part 1) laid in trenches/Ducts or passing through pipes or fixing on poles etc complete all as specified and directed. with stranded aluminium conductor of size laid in trenches,ducts etc all as specified.and directed

M&L XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured with multistranded aluminium conductor cable having cross sectional area 10 sqmm 2 core , 1100 volt grade ,Heavy grade conforming to IS :7098 (Part 1) laid in trenches/Ducts or passing through pipes or fixing on poles etc complete all as specified and directed. with stranded aluminium conductor of size laid in trenches,ducts etc all as specified.and directed

Supplying and laying in repairs including taking down old GI tubing light grade of Cap 50 mm dia incl all accessories for encasing cables for mechanical proctection, laid under Plinth / Floors/ Paths Culverts or fixed on wall or concealed in wall/floor or along poles or as street light poles or as street light mounting bracket with complete accessories such as bends/sockets/reducers/saddles incl necessary threading/drilling works all as specified and directed of sizes:-
