AIR COOLED SCREW CHILLERS (EUROVENT / AHRI CERTIFIED)
To Design, supply, customs clearance, freight upto site, insurance, delivery, hoisting, installing, testing and commissioning of the following items as shown on the equipment data and drawing for complete and satisfactory operation and control and to local authorities approval. The units shall be anti-corrosive suitable for coastal area application.
BMS interfacing type microprocessor controlled Roof top air-cooled liquid chiller package suitable for refrigerant R-134a having multiple screw type compressors (semi hermetic type) complete with suction and discharge shut off valves, automatic safety control HP/LP cutouts, oil pressure failure switch, gauge panel, crankcase heater, automatic capacity control, condenser coils, fans relief valve, flooded chiller with shell and tube evaporater, multiple circuits, controls such as thermostatic expansion valve, cooling thermostat, antifreeze thermostat, water pressure/flow switch for double circuit system as per drawing, differential pressure switch, integral refrigerant pipes & fittings, stainer, sight glass, isolating valves, suction piping and chiller, 20mm dia chiller drain valve, sight glass, insulation, first charge of gas and oil, base frames, rubber isolation bellows, vibration isolation springs, integral wiring. Unit mounted microprocessor-based panel (BACnet Confirmatory and IBM compatible, complete with chiller sequencing management with built-in self diagnostic capability, quickly pin point the location of any system problem. Unit mounted isolator/fuse switch etc capable to handle the cooling requirements as detailed below.
Important Note: The minimum Co-efficient of performance (COP) of chillers shall meet to 3.1 or above at AHRI conditions.
For copper coil with Aluminium fins 2 years DLP from the date of commissioning and handing over and for E coated AL-Al condenser coils 2 years DLP from the date commissioning and hand over Plus minimum ten(10) years Warraty for condenser coil with consumables and oil if any rework, cost includes sea freight and local transport, import duty, local tax local clerance at port, local transport, loading and unloading, erection of chillers using suitable telescopic crane to shift site to respective location, insurance from chiller factory to site.Cost also shall inclusive of site performance test with OEM Engineer.
Chillers capacity of each chilling unit will be as follows:

CHILLER PLANT MANAGER
CPM shall control the following items and shall have provision for sharing all the parameters relevant to chillers and pumps with BMS through software integration (BACNET PROTOCOL).Memory map for all the above shall be furnished longwith technical submittals.Necessary sensors for operating the CPM shall be part of chiller . CPM supplier.An additional noe no. temperature sensor(apart from the requirement of CPM operation) needs to be included for mounting in the Primary-secondary bypass line. The control signal cables and LAN cables along with rigid GI conduit intagrating all equipment to CM shall also be included in the scope of CPM.

Chiller plant manager shall able to control and monitor above and shall have open protocol to communicate to BMS.
The rate quoted in the above shall be inclusive of Cantilevered cat walk grating from the curb of pedestal to provide easy and trouble free access, weather protective cowl for electrical panel and all special tools and tackles for operation, assembling, commissioning and maintaining the chiller unit. It shall be supplied/ provided by the ACMV Contractor.
CHILLED WATER PUMPS
To design, supply, installation, and commissioning of the following items as shown on the equipment data and drawings for complete and satisfactory operation and control to local authorities approval.
The pump motor shall be suitable for 415V+/- 10% Volts, 50 +/- 5% Hz, +/- 10% combined voltage and frequency variation, 3 phase AC power supply. The squirrel cage induction type, TEFC enclosure, class 'F' insulation and shall be connected the pump through a high tensile Aluminium slit type spacercoupling to permit servicing of the mechanical seal without disturbing pump, motor or electrical wiring. Coupling shall be protected by a motor. All motor efficiency shall comply to IE3.

Parallel pump software duly downloaded and integrated with pump system. VFD panels shall be supplied with mounting frames and power wires / control wiring between pump motor, AFD and pump logic controller, The integrated power cabling and control wiring between adjustable frequency driver and logic controller panel and for sensor shall be included in the cost. To design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the following items for complete and satisfactory operation
AIR HANDLING UNITS - FLOOR MOUNTED PLUG TYPE CENTRIFUGAL FAN WITH VFD
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Double Skin Air Handling Unit - of Horizontal, pre-filter & Bag filter, 6 rows Chilled water coil (copper tube and aluminium fins construction), Fan section with Plug type centrifugal fan, Fire damper, Top / side discharge as per tender drawings, Low leak volume control damper,Mixing box, Flexible connections complete as per specifications as required.
Frame of hollow anodised extruded aluminium hollow section material and bolted together with cast aluminium, fittings provided at joints and the entire unit is supported on painted steel channel frame. All the section shall be thermal break Casing panels shall be of insulated sandwich made of 1.0mm thick powder coated or plasticised sheet steel on outside and 0.6mm thick galvanised sheet steel inside with 50 mm thick mineral wool / Puf insulation (density - 38 to 42 Kg/Cum) media in between. One section of panel to another and panel to frame work are bolted together with leak proof soft neoprene rubber gasket to prevent any air leakage. Air tight access doors with adjustable tension locking device for inspection wherever required. Common channel base to mount fan and motor assembly with vibration isolator for smooth vibration free operation. The cooling coil header material shall be copper.
The price quoted against the double skin air handler shall include for the following and its final painting to code.
Low leaking volume control damper (Class 1) in 1.4 mm galvanised / aluminium aerofoil blade, 16mm dia plated steel stubs locked to the blades with mechanical fasteners, heavy duty moulded nylon bearings, neoprene rubber seals at tips, aluminium compression seals at jambs, brass rollers, double linkage on panels over 1000mm in width etc.
Flexible connections at fan outlet constructed of the fire-resistant flexible double canvass sleeve as per the specification.
The price quoted shall also include the following.
a) All internal wiring, Marine light, Positive Interlocking system, power cabling copper earthing of air handling unit motors, from the local control panel and control wiring
b) Bimetallic lugs shall be used at copper to aluminium joints.
c)All the motors efficiency shall comply with IE3.
d) Accessories and associated wiring between fire damper panel to fire damper and AHU motor to close fire dampers and shut-off AHU motor in the case of fire.
e) The termination should be accomplished by provided a double canvass connection for a length of minimum 150 mm. A 150 mm plastic “ZIP” shall be provided in the canvass for providing access to measure the discharge temperature of the equipment.

The Communication card to transfer the entire data available on VFD to the BMS System. The rate shall be inclusive of Power and control cabling between the VFD panel to motor, potential free contact with necessary cables. The THD shall below 8%.
CEILING SUSPENDED UNITS
Chilled water type horizontal Ceiling suspended Units (CSU), Blow through type with 3R/4R cooling coil, Cleanable fabric filter, main condensate extended insulated SS drain pan, motor suitable for 220+/-6V, 50Hz, forward curved double width centrifugal fan, completed with factory fitted PICBV valve, ball valve with strainer, ball valve without strainer, balancing valve, drain pipe provision and necessary supports. All AHU coil fins shall be protected by hard wood sheet till the time of commissioning.

Supply,installation, testing and commissioning of Centralised Treated Fresh air unit consists of exhaust air block and fresh air block. Each block is made up of double skin construction designed on modular concept basis and has provision for forward curve fan , motor, damper and filter. Panels shall be 50 mm thick, inner and outer skin thickness shall be same as AHUs and filled with 50mm slabs of mineral wool /PUF insulation (density - 38 to 40 Kg/Cum) media in between (Each block module shall be fitted with other block, housing heat recovery devices, washable metallic viscous filters (50mm thick) and inlet and outlet dampers (extruded aluminium low leakage construction) with bird screen for supply and return air. Air flow parameters: Heat Recovery wheel to recover energy complete with hygroscopic aluminium media rotor seal GI structural frame work to house rotor, drive system, rotor drive motor, belt, pre and Bag filter complete with starter panel. The price quoted for Treated fresh air unit (Heat recovery unit) shall include the following a) All internal wiring, power cabling copper earthing of treated fresh air unit motors, from the panel and control wiring b) Bimetallic lugs shall be used at copper to aluminium joints and as per specification

Supply of Pre-insulated heavy Class MS Pipes - Chilled water pipe insulation with 40mm thick upto 100 mm dia & 50 mm thick from 125 mm dia to 300 mm dia and 75 mm thick from 350mm dia with 40+/-2Kg/Cu.Mtr density PUF insulation covered with 24G G.I spiral Cladding." Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of pre insulated chilled water pipes with 0.5 mm thick G.I. Spiral casing with 30 mm thick / 50 mm thick /75 mm thick Rigid Polyurethane foam as insulation having density of 38 Kg./M3. Pipes will be of MS heavy class' upto 150mm dia as per IS 1239, 6.35 mm thick for 200mm and 250mm dia pipes and 8mm thick for 300mm dia and above as per IS 3589 for Comfort Cooling pipes and 12mm thick for 300mm dia and above for Data center cooling pipes. Necessary RCC pedestals of size 600x300x150mm high shall be provided at every 2200mm interval to run the chilled fluid piping above the floor level by ACMV contractor. Insulation shall be as per the technical specification.
All other pipe supports will have to be on regular pipe hangers with spring and acceptable isolation in each support. The quoted piping rate shall include for incorporating service flanges on all valves, strainers, service screen / basket strainer on the water line entry to all equipments like chilled water coils and chillers service flanges, descalling Teees, airvent valves, drain valves etc. required to ake the circuits fully operational, The temporary service strainers shall be removed and discarded after the first few hous of trial runs.
The unit rate piping shall also include the chemical cleaning and passivation as detailed in the specification. The insulation valves shall be considered as one meter of the size MS angle/Chennal also to be insulated.

VARIABLE AIR VOLUME BOXES (VAV)
Supply of Imported Variable Air Volume (VAV) Units are fabricated out of heavy gauge steel, mechanically sealed with gasketed & leak resistance construction. Both supply & discharge shall be suitable for duct connections. The VAV box shall be AHRI certified.
Boxes shall be of variable air volume at the inlet, variable at outlet and shall be fitted with air volume regulator of the fully proportional type.
The boxes shall be supplied with all internal attenuation treatment as per specification and acoustical damped casing necessary to achieve the required noise criteria. Casing shall be 22G minimum fitted with a completely sealed, easily removable means of access to all internal parts. Access to all boxes must be from the underside only.
Maximum allowable static pressure to the boxes for its satisfactory operation shall not exceed 0.20” WG
Boxes shall be able to reset any air flow between zero and the maximum air quantity that the boxes can handle without changing orifices or other parts. Air quantity limiters will not be accepted.
A suitable device shall be provided for the field adjustment of minimum air flow. All boxes shall be intially factory set at minimum air quantity of 50% of the design requirements. Under shut-off conditions, all boxes shall not have air leakage more than 20% of the maximum air quantity.

EARTHING
Supply and laying of 6 gauge bare copper conductor for equipments earthing.

Supply, erection of following sizes GI Ladder type cable rack system made out of sheet steel folded to required shape with adequate number of supports.
The cable rack shall have runners rugs of suitable size, horizontal elbow, vertical elbow 90 Deg. Up vertical elbow 90 Deg. Down, re-deep, coupler plates, materials. The cable racks shall be suspended from ceiling supported from side walls in columns etc. with adequate size supporting angles / channels with fastners, welding, anchor bolts, nuts, rubber gasket to protect the cables near sharp bend’s edges etc. The rack shall have suitable cable clamping arrangements etc. The metal rack system shall be treated with one coat of rubber based polyvinyl paint as primer and finished with two coats of green enamel paint complete with all civil works for fabrication details
