Tenderer/Bidder is required to submit all the documents in support of their firm constitution/composition/form type as detailed at Para-28 & Para-29 of Chapter-3 of tender document.
Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
Labour Cooperative Societies shall deposit only 50% of requisite bid security subject to submission of copy of such valid evidence/certificate to this effect.
The Bidder shall be required to deposit Bid Security of requisite value along with the Bid for the due performance with the stipulation to keep the offer open till such date as specified in the Bid, under the conditions of Bid. Tenderer(s)/Bidders are allowed to make payments against this tender towards tender document cost and Bid Security only as detailed in Para-11 of chapter -3 of tender document.
Bids not accompanied with full Bid security, in the requisite manner, shall under no circumstances be entertained and will summarily be rejected at the time of opening itself without further reference to the bidders
Any firm recognized by Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) as 'Startups' shall be exempted from payment of Bid Security subject to submission of copy of such valid evidence/certificate to this effect
