Demolition and breaking of 150 mm dia., drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete set in cement mortar, separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100 M and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 M complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking 200 mm dia., drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete set in cement mortar, separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100 M and disposal of unserviceable materials,debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 M complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for pipes of 150 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Desilting of Drains in any condition [including foul condition] with necessary dewatering and temporary diversion of drain water as required including disposal of spoil to outside MD land including removing and replacing cover slabs complete all as directed.

Removing the plants from the surfaces of the building with complete roots, applying recommended chemical to prevent further growth as directed, making good the disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 and applying the same surface finish of the existing surface and finished to match with the surrounding surfaces including removal of debris etc., out side the premises complete all as required and as directed at site.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness, (Below or above ground level) separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100 M and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 M as complete all specified and as directed.

Precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work , complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel deformed or TMT bars 8 mm to 10 mm dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound wherever required.
