Construction of drainage canals at Kotapalem V, Ranasthalam M Phase 1 under CSR.

Site Clearance: Clearing the site by uprooting and removal of shrubs, bushes, weeds and trees up to girth of 300mm (measured at a height of 1 M above ground ) and disposal of the same in safe way to prevent fire hazard to far away place up to a lead of 2.00 km etc.

Earthwork in soil: Excavation in all types of soils, murram, soft rock, and loose boulders by mechanical means (by employing hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m.

Earth Filling Excavated Earth: Providing and filling available selected stacked earth in foundation and in other areas in layers of not more than 200mm thick, each layer well rammed, watered and consolidation with rammers, lead upto 50m and for all lift as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer.

Sand/Stone Crusher dust Filling: Providing and filling selected Sand/Stone Crusher dust brought from out side in foundation and in other areas in layers of not more than 200mm thick, each layer well rammed, watered and consolidation with rammers as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer. Cost including conveyance

PCC: Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using stone aggregate of maximum size of 20mm mixing, transporting, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth all exposed faces, placing in line and level, all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer. Note:-Minimum consumption of cement shall not be less than 250kg/cum. Note: 1. Weep holes of 50mm dia at 1 .5m interval along the drain on both side are to be provided using PVC pipes as per directions of EIC. Cost for providing weep holes is not paid separately. It is inclusive in this item rate.

PCC: Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6 using stone aggregate of maximum size of 40mm mixing, transporting, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth all exposed faces, placing in line and level, all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer. Note:-Minimum consumption of cement shall not be less than 220kg/cum.

Formwork: Design, supply, place formwork including forming groove wherever required for construction joints and remove formwork inclusive of required scaffolding / staging materials, labors, tools & plants, safety nets, platform access, railing, etc. all complete as per drawing specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Only shuttering oil is to be used.

Providing and laying 12 mm thick cement plaster layer with CM 1:5(1 cement : 5 fine sand) on the bottom only including , conveyance, finishing, curing etc all complete as per specifications and direction of engineer.

Reinforcement: Providing, cutting, bending, placing and binding TMT steel reinforcement of grad Fe 500 confirming to IS: 1786 of recommended brand TATA/SAIL/VIZAG/JSW for all insitu RCC including providing spacer blocks, binding wire etc. Complete as per drawing and specification.

USK: Supplying of unskilled workers to assist the carpenter / plumber / mason / fitter / painter for civil work with necessary tools as and when required by the Engineer in charge. Bidder shall arrange the workers within 24 hours of instruction of Engineer in charge. Note : 01 (one) task means deployment of man power deployed for 9 (Nine) hrs.(Net duty hours).
