Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m (One point five meter) in width or 10 sqm (Ten Square meter) on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m (One point five meter), including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil up to approved dumping site : All kinds of soil, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (One Cement isto Four coarse sand isto Eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc., including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (One cement isto Two coarse sand isto Four graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete including cost of binding wire upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Constructing soak pit 1.20x1.20x1.20 m (One point twenty into One point twenty into One point twenty meter) filled with brickbats including S.W. drain pipe 100 mm diameter and 1.20 m (One point twenty meter) long complete as per standard design., including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:3:6 (One cement isto Three coarse sand isto Six graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type) with seat and lid, 10 (Ten) litre low level white vitreous china flushing cistern & C.P. flush bend with fittings & C.I. brackets, 40 mm (Forty milimeter) flush bend, overflow arrangement with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required : W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
