MAINTENANCE PROGRAMME FOR THE FY-2026-27 OF BUILDING NO P-57 DEFENCE STANDARIDISATION CELL DEHRADUN

M&L for preparing old surfaces of walls plastered or un-plastered by brooming down with steel or wire brush and scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss & efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots , washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface & removing all vegetation growth, nails and making good holes,cracks etc complete by necessary putty and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion on old prepared surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item Srl No. 1.00 here in before but on Ceiling Surface,Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces (plastered or unplastered) of walls including cornices, pilasters etc including brooming or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and applying two coat of white wash on walls, complete, all as specified & directed.

Taking down mud plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specifed and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone boulders masonary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches pillars etc but excluing ashlar facings ressed stone works and precast concrete artiles complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curves on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius old size bricks built in Cement Mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished even & smooth without using extra cement on brick/concrete surfaces complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of Distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted on new wall surface over a coat of 3 mm thick wall care putty including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC wall paneling consisting of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame incl all necessary fittings as per specifications and drawings complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specifed and directed.
