Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) ground floor and paving n. exc 15cm thick below or above ground level .

M&L cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) 75 mm thick as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L granite (of any type) 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps jambs pillars window cills cooking plateforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing and white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick of area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. over & incl 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Non skid ceramic coloured 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ Rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but n.exc. 0.11 Sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement to match the surface of tiles over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface (300 x 600 x 7 mm) or (300 x 450 mm x 7mm) thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match the surface of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Vitrified Ceramic light shade double charged tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.72 sqm, in in flooring and skirting and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement including rendering 10 mm thick (1:4) cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) n exc 1.50 sqm each & removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.
