REPAIR TO WATER PROOFING TREATMENT TO SUNKEN PORTION AND REPAIR TO ROOFING AND ALLIED WKS IN MD AND OTM ACCNS IN SMA RAMESWARAM, PAMPA VIHAR AND DAD COMPLEX UNDER GE FORT KOCHI

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete, 1:5:10, type E2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in filling under sunken floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as padding concrete in Sunken floor finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of brushbond of M/s Fosroc or equivalent all sides and bottom of sunken slab and providing 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 with water proofing liquid. Mix the part A and part B of the polymer modified cementitious coating mechanically using an electrically operated drilling machine fitted with mix paddle. Apply the same in two coats over the prepared surface one after the other dries up with a minimum interval of 4 hours between the coats. Providing pressure grouting in suspected areas of vertical and horizontal joints. The rate shall include all materials, machinery, labour etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 10 Years Gurantee certificate to be submitted by Contractor

Removal of existing detoriated decayed tarfelt or any other treatment, loose surface & removing the debris to a distance not exc 50m depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement & using liquid water proofing compound on roof top, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.)

Providing and applying Fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid applied waterproofing membrane, formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibres and can bear up to 10 bar hydrostatic pressure by using Asian Paints SmartCare Damp Proof Ultra having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 106.59 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10 Liter/ 10 sqm or equivalent make as per manufacturer instructions. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and second coat of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid, followed by 3rd and final coat of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/ system not less than 200microns) with waterproofing warranty of 10 Years. Prior to all this activity Surface preparation to be done by removing Dust, Algae, Fungus, oil, grease, etc and crack filling by SmartCare Textured crack filler or equivalent wherever required. On Tile mosaic surface use SmartCare Terrace Tile primer or equivalent for better adhesion. The Item rate is inclusive of all material with wastage, labour, Tools, Tackles, Consumable, Scaffolding, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Asian Paints SmartCare Damp Proof Ultra or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Material and labour for making 3 mm grooves with cutting machine in floor/wall tiles, filling with epoxy joint filler MYKLAT KRETE SP 100 (Part A, B & C) or equivalent make including filling around floor trap to arrest seepage leakage complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for treating vertical/ horizontal expansion joints by (i) clean the joint and remove the pad such that the depth should not be less half the width of joint including rectify the broken portion with polymer modified mortar of micro concrete as required. (ii) Provide packer rod and affix masking tape either side of the joint including apply the primer to both side of joint and fix debonding tape.(iii) Mix the base and hardener of Poly sulphide sealant Tuff seal 2G or equivalent and place the same to the primed joint (iv) after setting provide aluminium sheet of width 300 or 600mm(size as per site requirement) up to 4th storey, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Rate includes necessary scaffolding, dismantling and all materials regarded for fixing (Expansion Achor bolts etc)
