Forming construction joint 30 mm deep x10 mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'A ' etc complete all as specified and directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick laid over 20mm thick cement sand screed CM 1:6 as base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab and rubbing and polishing including dismantling of existing tiling and cement mortar bedding and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick laid over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as base on vertical surface laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab and rubbing and polishing including dismantling of existing tiling and cement mortar bedding and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

Granite stone of any colour (of any type) 20mm thick machine cut (table rubbed & polished), as in floors, cooking platforms and like bedded with and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite stone including dismantling of existing stone slabs including cement mortar bedding and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

16 to 18mm thick “ Udaipur green” stone, as in flooring,steps, cooking platforms and like set in and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in colour cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of stone including rounding of exposed edges of udaipur green stone and demolition of existing stone slabs including cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

Cutting and grinding of existing terrazzo/Kota stone/marble floor surfaces (2 cut) on horizontal & vertical surface and finally finishing the surfaces uniformally by applying floor polish complete all as directed.

Factory made precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone agg solid blocks size 450x300x150mm as in kerb stone set and jointed in CM 1:4 incl excavation and earth work, removal etc including demolition/dismantling of cement concrete/concrete blocks/kerb stones etc of any description in ground floors complete all as specified.

Hollow section stainless steel gde-304 work as in doors or gates or other section with gusset plates, rails, hand rails, braces etc complete, drilled for fixing of stainless steel sheeting or other covering including dismantling existing MS doors/ gates all as specified & directed.

Solid stainless steel gde 304 work as decorative chain, columns or horizontal rail etc also fastening and fixing including dismantling old items complete all as specified & directed.

RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm stone agg) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like including demolition of existing RCC slabs of any description and position complete all as directed

Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping)

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 em wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide complete all as directed

Galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed. Taking down existing plastring brick pattern tiles of size 200 x 58mm x15mm as in wall cladding and filling the surface with rendering of required thickness in cement mortar 1:4 to match the existing brick pattern tiles with necessary groove cutting including applying two coat of Exterior emulsion paint of existing shade upto a height of 7.5 metre complete all as specified and directed by GE Note : - The rates are deemed to be included all necessary scaffolding.

Wrought iron chain and pole 900 mm high and 900mm C/C fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.
