S&F factory made 30mm 2 class hardwood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats all as specified and directed.

S&F 12 mm thick toughened glass for door, partition etc. of any size and side portions of toughened glass fixed to wall / floor, joints sealed with clear silicon silicate gel to make water tight, edges with diamond cut including taper drilling to flush the screws / all fitting as required, floor hinges, patch fitting top, bottom and sides, lock and handles, spider joint etc. and floor door spring as per requirement all as specified, required at site by manufacturer instructions and complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m each and removing to store all as specified.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing. complete as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge.

as per above item but wood grainprinted PVC sheet used instead of Plain colour PVC sheet & 5mm thick x 15mm wide PVC sheet beading used inside stiles and rails and decorative PVC beading of 10mm x 10mm (900 ) used instead of exposed portion of PVC sheet beading. etc . The shade & colour shall be approved by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

S&F fiber glass reinforced plastic (FRP) door frames of three legged of cross section 90 x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thick. The laminate door frame moulded with fire retardent grade unsaturated polyster resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block of 2nd Class Hardwood in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fibre glass from all side M.S stay shall be provided at the bottom to sedy the frame complete as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F 30 mm thick glass fiber reinforced plastics paneled door shutter of required colour & approved colour and manufactrures made with fire retardent grade unsaturated polister resin,moulded to 3mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails & styles with wooden frame & suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings along with MS tube frame of 19 gauge all around the styles & rails duly coated with steer primer cast monolithically with 5mm thick FRP laminate forpanels & conforming to IS:14856:2000 including fixing to frames. The shade & colour shall be approved by Engineer-in-Charge

-Ditto as item above but vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etcincluding screed bed layer 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and rough for receiving tiles on vertical surfaces complete all as specified.

Taking down shaft RCC jali and refixing the same position with same position with CM 1:4 including necessary scafolding and painting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 35 mm thick Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies,(measured solid), (1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) set and jointed in cm 1:4 including necessary scafolding and painting complete all as specified and as directeded. Note : this item is measured in respect of high rise building/shaft/duct area and pipe line repair work.all mouldings but excluding frame (Pre cast frame shall be measured separately and paid for under item.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 on external wall finished even and fair mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or in the manner specified by the manufacturer and in the proportions indicated all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of old bound distemper over a coat of priming coat on newly prepared wall surfaces, including 1 mm thick layer of wall care putty (Birla white or equivalent) all as specified and directed..

M&L for water proofing treatment to existing RCC roof slab including preparation of surfaces parapet comprising with the following course of treatment/ specification from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) one layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.0 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non wovwn polyster fabric or weight not less 160 gms per sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm minimum) and then inserted insde the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Note:- (i) Laying of APP based membrane shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturers instruction. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150 mm and 100 mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as manufacturers instruction. (c ) Applying two coats of reflective Bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane. Laying of Standard APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L for 10 mm thick (average) plastering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, in order to maintain proper slope and base over existing roof surfaces for laying of APP based polymeric membrane, including add WPC @3% of cement weight ( Dr Fixt /Cera /Krishna etc ) , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Rate includes WPC & Polymeric membrane will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for special treatment of sunken portion of WCs and Bath room as per following stages:Stage 1 :- Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete coba etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc .Stage 2:- Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with chemical of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP/SIKA /plaster seal of STP Ltd or Equallent Stage 3:- Applying Dr Fixit Primseal primer or STP Ltd(and allow to dry for 8 hours) under touch dry condition Stage 4:- Applying two coats of water proofing of Dr Fixit Pidicrete for the sunken portion of toilets/bathrooms (The surface after painting one coats shall be allowed to dry of 6 hours before next coats) all as per manufactutrer instruction Stage 5:-Again rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd. Stage 6. All CI joints shall filled with mixture of cement fine sand and plaster seal of STP Ltd or Dr Fixit pidicrete URP. Stage 7:- Making holes in wall and fixing 600mm long 25mm dia GI spout for draining the surplus water if any.

Plain cement concrete (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40mm gdd stone agg as in sunken floor filling as mass concrete or in sub base of floors complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of New plastered surfaces and applying two coat of first quality weather proof acrylic paint exterior grade on external surfaces complete and complete all as per manufactures and directed by Engr-in-charge.
