Bituminous Macadam with Warm Mix Technology Providing and laying Bituminous macadam with the use of asphalt mixing plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4, premixed with bituminous binder and warm mix additive, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504 using the Warm Mix (WMA) Asphalt Technlogy as per IRC:SP: 101-2009. (Bitumen VG-10 @ 3.3% of the weight of mix and warm mix additive @ 0.4% of the weight of bitimen have been used for analysis purpose. The choice of bitumen will depend upon the prevailing site conditions and shall be in accordance with Clause 504 of MORD :with Bitumen VG-30
Tack coat Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying of WAF (formerly IAAF) approved FULL PUR Synthetic Athletic track surface of minimum 15mm thickness in the normal stress areas including markings as per the specificaton / requirements laid down by IAAF and as per direction of the Eingeer-in-charge. The track needs to be IAAF Class II certified. The Product should be European/American/Australian and India origin. The track should be installed in supervision of an installation team of the manufacturer who have experience in such installations in India or any other country in the world for at least 1 IAAF Class II certified tracks with same product. The tenderer have to submit the proof of the same along with the technical bid. The product should be Porplastic/Reckortan/BSW/KDF/Mondo.
Extra for compaction of earth work in embankment under optimum moisture conditions to give at least 95% of the maximum dry density (proctor density).
Removing the excavated stuff to a distance not exceeding 50m and lift upto 1.5m excavated surface levelled and neatly dressed, disposed earth to be levelled after breaking clods and neatly dressed as per specification. All excess materia shall be removed from site complete.

Providing and laying of 250 GSM non-woven Geo-textile manufactured from high quality Propylene staple fibers on the prepared sub-grade with an overlap of minimum 300mm and an extra overlap at the edge with min 300mm includng all wastage etc. Each roll of the Geo-textile should be of min 3.8m width and length covering the entire width of the ground.

Supply and installation of FIFA PRO Quality and FIFA Quality sports artificial turf manufactured in USA/Europe/Australia. The manufacturer should be having a FIFA Licensee certificate. The turf pile height of minimum 60mm Monofilament Straight yarn structure, Dtex minimum 14600/6, Pile height 60mm +/- 1mm, gauge 3/4 inch, infilling of silica sand at ratio of 30Kgs/Sqm & SBR Granules at the ratio of 6Kg/Sqm infill as FIFA standard. Installation of Turf should be done using a seaming tape and suitable PU adhesive. Adhesive TDS should match the following basic properties: colour and form: Green grass paste, Characteristics: 2 component, polyurethane - reaction adhesive for outdoor use, specific gravity: 1480g/litre, adhesive viscosity: thixotropic, solid: 100% application: notched trowel or by suitable machine for applying to seaming tape.
