6 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) over R.C.C works including deep chiping , finished smooth with proper thickness, watering, curing for required days with cost conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 12mm. Thick cement plaster in cement mortar or mix(1:6) in all floors at all height with cement & screened and washed sharp river sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of the brick masonary walls after racking out the joints (alongwith providing grooves wherever necessary) including watering and curing,rounding of corners etc. complete with cost,conveyance, loading, unloading, royalities and taxes of all materials,cost of all labour,T&P,sundries and scaffolding required for the work etc. as directed by the Engineer-in- charge. a) Ground Floor

Supplying and painting of internal walls and ceiling with two or more coats of ACRYLIC emulsion paint on New surface which includes a coat of primer all complete.
