Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.47 to 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including side and end lap as per manufacturer’s instructions and including dismantling old U/S AC sheet in roof, wall etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Machin cut kota stone slab flooring 16-18 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 including demolition of old slabs or tile any type with bedding mortar and throu away out side of defence land, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Machin cut kota stone slab flooring 16-18 mm thick in skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces including demolition of old slabs or tile any type with bedding mortar and throu away out side of defence land, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note:- The contract sum arrived after deduction of amount of Sch of credit as listed in tender Documents.
