Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stonework built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings ,dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and stacking the serviceable materials within 100m and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, wall tiling including backing etc from brick/stone walls / concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

Hand packing (any thickness) of broken stone or boulders at back of walls over arches etc and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4, nominal mix, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

Precast cement concrete bond stone 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone agrregate) set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Precast cement concrete as in landing, cover slabs (for manhole etc) and similar articles with precast cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as directed.

PVC 110mm dia pipe, low density of pressure rating 10 kg//sqcm (in short length) , fixed in retaining wall as weep hole complete all as specified & directed.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and soilidly hearted, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item no 11 above but except stone.

Brick work with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified & directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed.

75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed. .

PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in berm/paving, sub base, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles, homogenious texture glossy finished , chemically coated machine pressed 30 cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floor with gray cement and pigment and including 15 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning, joints of tiles filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing Only machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size 60 mm thickness, with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning, joints of tiles filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Paver block shall be issued under Sch 'B'.

16mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed earthen antiqe ceramic coloured tiles of size (150mm x 50 mm), 10mm thick as in vertical surfaces , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 15 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

Extra over stone walling of granite, trap or basalt stone for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 20 mm, complete all as specified & directed..

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry or surface other than fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified.

Raking out joints/ pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses built in cement mortar complete all as specified.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces or un plastered, previously undecorated wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old treated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old treated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit Amount as per Schedule of credit as details given on Srl Page No 20 of tender doucments.
