Supply, laying and fix in repair LT Cable laid in trenches, passing through pipes and fixed on wall/floor/ceiling with proper saddles , including taking down old cable & testing of XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of following size 16 sq mm 4 core. Note :i) The cost of Al thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is incl in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it. ii). Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground lavel) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground lavel connected to GI earth strip 32x6 mm by mean of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including PCC pit and CI cover fullel with watering pipe, wire mess and copper lugs etc GI protection pipe of suitable size including testing on completion all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing continuity galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm dia or main earthing lead fixed to wall with clamps or recess or croses or buried in ground or drawn in conduits/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth including taking down old cable all as specified & directed in any soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in thick all as specified and directed.

M & L for Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV type I, size 250 x 150 x 40mm

M&L for river dry sand cushioning to under ground cable intrenches including spreading, levelling and hand punning complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m. Including taking down of old existing mat.

S&F in repairs indicating lamp holder with bulb LED(Red Yellow,Blue,Green) type to indicate incoming supply suitable for 24 V DC/110 VAC/230Volts AC and all as specified and directed. Make: C&S / L&T/ SCHIENDER

M&L for PCC earth pit chamber with cover suitable as per site requirement making good to disturb area complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
