REPAIRS TO ROOFING SHEETING ROOF TREATMENT AND CLEANING AND REPAIR OF WATER STORAGE TANKS ALONGWITH ITS CONNECTED WORK IN MD AND OTM ACCN OF NORTH OF RLY LINE UNDER GE MISSAMARI

M&L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of inside the RCC/ PVC water storage tank of capacity not exceeding 500 Ltr of any description and in any position comprising following cleaning and sterilization of water tanks through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5/Inchlor-5/NB-10/ TERBAC-G-65/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 AND ULTRA VIOLET RAY. (a). First Stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system. (b). Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 laboratory tested branded chemical of the company and scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c). Third stage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. (d). Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is decertification by using TERBAC-G5/ Inohor-5/NB-10 a Govt Laboratory certified branded halogen compound or E in C approved Equivalent product. (e). Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner . (f) . Sixth stage is the second bacterio screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray within the tank and killing all suspended bacteria. (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65/Inoxi-60/NB-69 or EinC approved equivalent Product. NOTE:- (i) COMPANY WILL SUBMIT GOVERNMENT LABORATORY TEST CERTIFICATE OF TERBAC-G5/INCHLOR-5/NB-10, TERBAC-G65/ INOXII-60/NB-69 , BEFORE CLEANING, FIX THE STICKER MENTIONING THE DATE OF CLEANING & NAME OF SITE AND ALSO PROVIDE CERTIFICATE CONFIRMING THE COMPLETION OF STERILIZATION OF WATER TANKS MENTIONING THE NAME OF STATION AND DATE OF CLEANING. ALL THE CLEANING & STERILIZATION STAFFS SHOULD BE UNDER ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE COVERAGE) (ii) OUTLET PIPE OF OHT SHOULD BE PLUGGED BEFORE CLEANING THE OHT TO AVOID ENTERING SCALES AND THE SAME SHELL BE RECONNECTED AFTER CLEANING THE OHT AND THE QUOTED RATE IS DEEMED TO INCLUDE FOR THIS PROVISION . (iii) STERILIZATION TEAM WILL BE COMPRISED OF AT LEAST 30% MEMBERS WHO ARE MINIMUM 03 MONTHS CERTIFICATE HOLDER IN WATER TANKS STERILIZATION. (iv) CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RECTIFICATION OF COMPLAINTS OCCURRED DURING CLEANING THE TANK IE. NO WATER IN TANK/OVER FLOW DUE TO BROKEN OF FLOAT VALVE/ BLOCKAGE TO BE INCLUDED IN QUOTED RATE. NOTE:-THE WORK SHALL BE CARRIED THROUGH SPECIALIZED AGENCY AS PER SAMPLE TANK APPROVED BY THE GE

All as per ser item No 01 above but for of inside the RCC / PVC water storage tank of capacity not exceeding 1000 ltr through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5/Inchor-5/NB-10/ TERBAC-G-65/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 AND ULTRA VIOLET RAY, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing roof treatment(any type) including cement mortar bedding layer/cement concrete (if any), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (12.50mm graded aggregate), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 .(internal water proof compound measured seperately), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof treatment with the following specification - applying water proofing treatment on horizontal or vertical surfaces by applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg/sqm to 0.3 kg/sqm and providing 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3 Kg/sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm, The overlap shall be minimum 100mm on transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction and sealing overlap by torch application and bonded and applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 85/25 over and below the membrane @ 1.20 Kg/sqm in drying over the membrane finished with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint/ primer @ 0.10 Kg/sqm over RCC roof slab/ parapet after cleaning the surfaces by removing dust, dirt etc. as per manufacturer's instructions and all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- The work shall be executed at site by the authorised applicator of APP and as approved by the GE.

Capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks Minimum 4 layered (cylinder vertical with class top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified including 20mm bore ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed, including dismantling of old PVC/RCC water tanks complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 1000 Ltrs. Capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks Minimum 4 layered (cylinder vertical with class top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified including 25mm bore ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed, including dismantling of old PVC/RCC water tanks complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 20mm dia Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 25mm dia Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.
