Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.00Sqm and n.exc 2.00 Sqm each all as specified and directed

S&F 35mm thick 2nd class hardwood factory made glazed and skelton shutter open rebated and prepared to recieve glass,guage etc but divided in to sqaure with plain,chemfered or rounded,mitred sash bars,any number fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc,size of member of shutter as specified in SSR part-I section -8 cluase 8.20(a) all as specified and directed.

S&F for 2nd class hard wood 35mm thick penelled shutters (any number of panels) with panels of timber flat on both sides ( feather edged) or of veneered particle board medium density,wood particle board with commercial face venners all as specified and directed.

S and F Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples all as spd and directed

S&F for Galvanised mild steel wire cloth,0.56mm nominal dia of wire and avarage width of aprture 1.18mm in repair and fixed with tinned tacks,or galvanised wire staples all as specified and directed

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal/Alu frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips etc

S&F 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/beads in square N.exc 0.5Sqm in each pane all as specified and directed

S&F M S butt hinges 100mm size medium weight cold rolled all as specified and directed

S&F in repair M S butt hinges 75mm size medium weight cold rolled all as specified and directed

S&F in repair 200mm aluminum anodized, barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed all as specified

S&F in repair 150mm aluminum anodized, barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed all as specified and directed.

S&F extruded aluminium alloy handles fabricated type anodised 125mm long all as spcified and directed.

S&F aluminum alloy,anodised sliding door bolt of size 300mm with hesp,staple(bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet,cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast-aluminum alloy all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair aluminum alloy,anodised sliding door bolt of size 250 mm with hesp,staple(bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet,cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast-aluminum alloy all as specified and directed.

Welding in repairs to metal surfaces thicknes exc 6mm but not exc 9mm and welding exc 2.5cm but n.exc 5cm , all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepearation of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm widthor girth and applying two coat of enamal paint and over a coat of wood pink primer all as specified and directed

Taking down shutter of any description n exc 1 sq.m each

S&F steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle ,and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars,dovetailed or welded .

All as per item No 19 above but without glazing bars .

S&F Steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges,steel peg stay complete all as directed.

M&L for prepearation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm widthor girth and applying two coat of enamal paint and over a coat of red oxide all as specified and directed

Dismantling boarding, any descriptiion fixed in any position with nails all as specified and directed.

M and L for framed work brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. onforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

M and L for providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions

Taking chaukhat with shutters area exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 3 Sqm and removing from site

S & F anodised aluminium door air tight frame made of size 100mm x45mm of sheet thickness 1.5mm with one or more rebate including jointing cleat etc for fixing anodised aluminium door shutter half pannelled with half 5mm thick tinted glass shutter, rail made 80mm x45mm of sheet thickness 1.5mm (top, bottom, middle and side rail) single leaf side hung type including necessary jointing cleat anodised aluminium fillet, aluminium glazing clip with rubber gas gasket with aluminium fitting such as aluminium but hinges 100mm long 3 Nos on each shutter , aluminium anodised handle 150mm, 2 Nos D type for each shutter and locking 6 Lever. one nos. hydrolic door closer . Make- Harrison one on each door . All door fitting except cleat shall be ISI marked .

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with screw

S & F anodised aluminium partition, fixed type without sash bar , aluminium section with members of shutters of section 38 x 12mm and other standard weighing 0.55 Kg/Sqm inccluding 4mm thick aluminium composite panels and 5mm thick glass sheet fixed with necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips rubbers packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc including dismantling of existing partition wall complete all as specified

S&F anodised aluminium door air tight frame made of size 100 x 45 mm , of sheet thickness 1.5mm , with one or more rebate including jointing cleat etc for fixing anodised aluminium door shuter fully panelled ( two nos of of panel of each shutter ) with 5.5mm thick tinted plain glass shutter , rail made of 80mmx45mm of sheet thickness 1.5mm ( top, bottom,middle and side rail) single/double leaf side hung type including necessary jointing cleat , anodised aluminium fillet , aluminium glazing clip with rubber gasket with aluminium fitting such as , aluminium butt hinges 100mm long 3 Nos on each shutter , aluminium anodised handle 150mm , 2 Nos D type for each shutter and locking 6 lever Make : Harrison one on each door. All door fitting except cleat shall be ISI marked , complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. (size of door shall be as per site requirement )

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M and L for 1:3 cement plaster 20mm thick in sunken portion using Dr. fixit lqd water proofing @ 200ml /50Kg of cement (WP shall be calculated and paid seperately in another items)

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete.

Taking down cement plaster on brick concrete surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with, water etc.

M&L Rendering 15mm (cm 1:4) thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with using extra cement

M&L 10 mm thick rendering in cm (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work finished even & smooth without using extra cement.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair face of concrete surfaces as in ceiling etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Material and L for prep of old/ new plastered surface of ceiling and apply two coat of white wash

M & L preparation of plastered or unplastered surfaces wall and applying 3mm wall care putty and then two coats of oil bound distemer on old/new plastered surfaces .

M&L for preparation of old/ new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint and over one coat of alkali resistent priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding,(but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M & L Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4

M and L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match embeded over and including 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4

S&F in repairs viterious China squatting pan" Orissa Pattern" size 580x440mm white with integral foot rest including provision of lime concrete bedding including P or S trap set in, including connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc. complete including making good to floor (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe)

S&F in repairs 10 Ltr capacity PVC valveless, syphonic action type Flushing Cistern, low level white with inlet ball valve float & handle including brackets & connection to pipes

S&F pvc connector 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600mm .

Supply and fix 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring loints, fixed to walls only integral water proofing compound

Supply and fix 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends in any types.

Supply and fix 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) branch piece, single (Single Y) equal or unequal

Supply and fix 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) vent cowl

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
