Taking down tar felt with cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 50m and n. exc. 100m incl roughening of old concrete suirface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 with using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding etc complete all complete as specified and as directed.

M & L screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instruction for laying of APP membrane complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only intergral water proofing compound (WPC) of best quality

M& L for bituminous primer @ 0.50 KG/Sqm over the cement plaster incl preparation of surfaces as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L for finishing the Bituminous surface with aluminium paint @0.15 Ltr/sqm as per manufactures specifications complete in all respects as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&l cutting out crack to v-section in existing roof of terrace cleaning out wetting grouting with cement sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) using water proofing liquid compound @300 ml/bag of cement in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement for receiving treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treating to RCC roof with providing and applying single component acrylic polymer modified, fibre reinforced waterproof coating Roof Guard in 4 coats of application :- (a) Apply primer coat with primer @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm. (b) Over Primer coat apply water proofing fibre reinforcement a length of approx 1 mtr @ 0.75 Kg/Sqm on flat surface and ensure that there is no bubbles of creases, overlapping of the fibre is minimum of 50 mm and allow this coat dry for a period of 2-6 hours depending on atmospheric condition. (c) Apply second coat of water proofing coat @0.75 Kg/Sqm. (d) Apply final coat of primer @0.08Kg/Sqm after second coat dried properly. Note : Water proofing treatment work shall be carried out by applicator of manufacturer only duly approved by GE in writing.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement morter 1:4 with water proofing compound finished even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.(Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separetely)

Materials and labour for applying two coats of cement base paint including preparation of surfaces as on walls complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

S&F 110mm PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls.(upto 4 storiedheight)

S&F in repair 110mm bore PVC(SWR) bends .(upto 4 storied height)

M& L for Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges of 1:2:4 of B0 complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description as in door, gates etc and similar works complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses i.e. Truss bottom, top bend, sides, side supports, holding plates, posts and base plate with bolt for joining with stud column etc including special shaped washers etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for flat iron including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting or revetting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

M/L applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of new steel surfaces over exc 10cm girth all as specified and directed..

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc) sheet in roof coverings.

S&F for pre-coated galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.
