Job contract for operation & maintenance of fire fighting system, fire detection & alarm system, sprinkler system includes its electrical control panels, all associated pumps(Main pump/Jockey Pump/Engine Pump/Sprinkler Pump), valves installed at Terminal Building, Admin Building, Power House, Pump House, Cargo and all other ancilliary Buildings by deputing manpower, tools & tackles to attend the compliants/faults/breakdown by taking rectification action, minor spare parts to ensure serviceability/satisfactory working of complete fire fighting system, fire alarm system & detection systemby providing minimum 08 Nos. manpower round the clock in three shift including sundays & holidays, carrying out preventive maintenance, maintenance of records, documentations etc. as per tender conditions.

Identification and arresting of fire hydrant / wet riser pipe line water leakages for achieving auto function of fire hydrant system. Job includes proper planning, identification of strategic locations, digging of approx. 4x4x4 ft in paved area with concrete breakers/ compressors and manual means as per site requirement etc, fire pipe cutting/welding to arrest the water leakages, anti-corrosive treatment, restoring the services, refilling and proper finishing and all associated works. It should be ensured that no other services like cables, drain lines are affected during the work. Contractor should make good the damages immediately in case of any accidental damage.

Refilling of following type fire extinguishers as and when required inclusive of transportation complete as required.

Supply, Installation,Testing and commissioning of Fire fighting system materials and Equipments as and when required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Addressable Manual Pull station suitable for semi flush mounting with double gang outlet box. Manual pull station shall be connected with two wire to SLC loop of Fire Control Panel. Cover shall be clear operating instruction and the word "Fire" appearing on the front complete as required and shall be UL listed.

Supply,Erection,Testing, Commissioning of Electronic Hooter giving output of 65db maximum or 5 db above any noise tends to exist. The hooter shall be of wall mounted type. The rate shall include for mounting accessories, etc., complete. As per IS 2189.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of intelligent photoelectric smoke detectors with unique optical sensing chamber visible LED's fully coated circuit boards with RF / transient protection addressable by device suitable for 2 wire loop connection complete with plug into common separate base box and housing constructed of GI as required.

Supply and fixing of 20mm dia, 30mtrs. length first aid 2ply rubber lined dunlop hose pipe with shut off nozzle conforming to IS884-19 etc. complete as required.

Replacement of existing fire hydrant cabinet by new cabinet including supply & Installation, testing and commissioning of Stainless steel cabinet at different location & sizes etc. complete as per actual site requirements.

Replacement of existing wet riser cabinet by new cabinet including supply & Installation, testing and commissioning of Stainless steel cabinet at different location & sizes etc. complete as per actual site requirements.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of control module for MCP/Hooter suitable for the existing system etc. Complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following fire extinguishers of cylindfrical body made from mild steel confirming to IS:513:latest revision & with squeeze grip type valve as a controllable discharge mechanism, braided PVC/rubber discharge hose with metallic nozzle, locking arrangement, bracket with two screw and sleeve Conforming to IS: 15683:2006 and ISI marked & submission of following certificates. 1) A certified copy of BIS: 15683:2006 license certificate of the manufacturer. 2) Cast analysis certificate for cylinder material, 3) Hydraulic Test certificate of the extinguishers, 4) Testing certificate as per IS. 4) Guarantee certificate .
