Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The concept drawing presentation date and time as informed in writing will be final and in no circumstances it can be changed unless required by the department

in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

Department shall not bare any tender submission or transportation charges

The Quoted Rate will be inclusive of GST

Past Experience

The Bidder Should Have Completed A Single Office/Residential/Commercial/Institutional Building Project With A Work Value Of Not Less Than 2895.00 Lakhs (28.95 Crore) During The Last Five Financial Years. Hence, The Experience Certificate Submitted Should Pertain To The Main Building Work Meeting The Required Value Criteria.)
